Im using m3... Very good but i dun feel tat its tat gd on rainy weather.. Jus nt confident like my prev battlax.. A fren is using the angel st.. Its very sticky acc to him

Michelin pilot power not that great leh.. Bt090 better. I used M1,Bt090 and pilot power. Next is M3.

heavy downpour tends to swerve the rear wheel... got tat once entering costal...

Michelin pilot power i dont feel the stickiness when cornering, esp wet weather..

 

Bt090 very confident in cornering even om wet surface, went to genting with my bt090, no probs handling the corners..

 

I havent tried M3, mid next yr perhaps ill try M5.

 

Now must save $$ to do some servicing..

Juz want to inform u tat i juz accompany my fren bought s4 vtec1 FU plate, milage 80k and cost $3700 COE 2012... Bike come with original parts and no modification..... If extend COE cost abt 5k.....

Advise u dun b hurry to buy second hand bike and make sure check and listen to the engine codition coz ur milage is abit to high.....

If u hav full cash.. Go to a reputable shop.. I got mine at a gd deal..

5.5k including insurance

 

Fs plate, coe till 2020

I think the price shop offer u has good and bad. The good is that with the coe prices at high now, ur coe expiry of 2020 is very ok. The bad, mileage quite high though.

 

If lets say u grab the offer, u'll probably need to fork out some more $$$ for the wear and tear parts. Not to mentioned the engine parts.

 

Like what izad has mentioned, try not to rush on buying a bike. It took me 5 months to choose for the "right" bike. You need to often come by and see2 used bike for sale in the garage section and to survey2 more at bikeshops.

 

Other than tat, try go Asphoon see if they still got s4 black color. Fz plate, all stock condition. Comes with givi e450 box. Engine and mileage i dunoe. Hehe... Price was $6.5K - $7K i guess. Cant remember...

hi thanks everyone for your suggestion. i just went to view the bike( not from bike shop), from forum ppl. the engine is good. got power(self tested), btw it has mircon exhaust on it. but the outlook not really "decent" i should say. the lowest he can go is 5.6k. im still thinking.

Remove the micron, ask lower price lor.. Having a stock endcan is important..

True.. Ask him how low d price will be if wit out micron?? If cheaper than 200 to 300 bux, might as well jus buy the pipe as an aftermarket pipe would set u back by at least 600 bux.. I recommend goin to shop if u have d moolah...

I went to global.. Tell steven tat ur budget is 5k wit all d mods in.. He will slowly increase the price up but jus die off at 5,3 so he wun ask for anymore..

hello peeps! is it normal for a tyre to last 6 months? cos i only changed my metzeler mz1 tyre june this year and its already 'botak' at the rear. i ask bikeshop they say its bcos metzeler is german made so the weather and temp in singapore plays a part. they ask me to try shinko as its korean made and cheaper as well. bike is mainly use for transport 50km daily.
