Sorry abit off topic.

How u guys remove the silencer?

i removed the screw holding on to the silencer but cant get the whole tube out no matter how i figure wif it.

Anyone can help?

my guess is urs is the gen1... true enuf is hard to remove.. what i did was to use a long rod and pushed the silencer out for the other end... :thumb:

advise u dont remove ur silencer..... or eles u will regret for whole life....

Guys,just wana ask.LV for S4 spec 3 have?Use full system or just the muffler exhaust itself good enuff?Need to do sum tunin arh for more power?Which bike shop can recommend to do the changing and tuning?

true dat amongst the endcans LV gives da best performance but still.. can nvr top a full system esp yoshi tri oval.... however u still can retro fit an aftermarket headers to get a "full system" best headers to combine wit an LV is still micron headers (which are longer in prod tho)

best price for LV is stil unque.. tuning wise i'll recommend bike workz... dats whr the pops originated from.. shhuusshh hahaha

currently only for spec model is legal for this pipe...for muffler only is good enough,but full system can ask globalvtec n kitkat but they seldom online i guess....but wanna know more can ask mr.aswat here as he is the longest lv users to date i guess....hehehehe...good deal can go unique,tuning oso can go there....:thumb:

Like what i mention abit lean is ok coz modern engine can withstand it,too lean will destroy the engine. I would rather go abit rich.

 

To know you engine is running lean or rich,ride at the desired throttle position for about a few kilometer,then pull out all 4 sparkplugs and see their color. Anything on the brown side is good,black is over rich or oil foul and white is too lean. Best to do this on NSHW.

 

wah lau bro take spark plugs ah...no experience ah. remove the tank can but want to put back dont noe... gd info btw... i think mine goes lean after i take out the muffler or is it juz me that feels different.

wat i saw bike shop do... after remove the screw, he make a gap between the exhaust hole and the silencer using pliers. then he pull out the silencer using another pliers.. it happened so fast i didnt blink my eyes

The ang moh in sg from italy told me it;s e latest from leo vince for this yr.

can anyone enlighten me abt gen 1?

Gen 1 and mine,the design is diff..what i can compare is Gen i must take out silencer use 'tongkat'..haha. mine i think is gen 2? use finger can pull out silencer.. and the design compare side by side abit diff the silencer hole.personally i think the sound oso diff..

Leo Vince really roars well w/o the silencer...

yup, i agree with u.

When i put silencer n go inspection, it really is no diff from OEM muffler...

 

not really i put silencer still sound good.

i only take out silencer go short touring kl,melaka etc.

long trips like hatyai better put on the silencer for better performace.

 

you can smile and overtake those who open silencer. :D
