you are wrong.. even thou a vehicle is stationary with no driver/rider in/on the VEH/BIKE is also hit and run.

 

 

take this for eg.

 

Car A driven by Mr lee was entering a MSCP to park. Subsequently, Mr lee spotted a empty parking lot and reversed in. Mr lee, while reversing in, unitentionally hit Car B's Door and thus causing a dent in Car B's door. Car A driver, Mr lee, Didnt have the intention to compensate Car B's Drove away to another location to park without even leaving any note to inform Car B's owner of the incident.

 

Mr Lee is said to have commited Hit and Run

I travelled in middle lane at 90km/hour, suddenly a car from behind break into my lane and knocked my bike, i was so scared that time, I felt my bike going to fall at 90km/hour, i tried so hard to control my bike, and luckilly in the end, I didn't fall. I am not sure how to deal with this bloody driver, who may continue to be our biker killer on road , if any one saw this car, do let me know, do I need to file this to traffic police? what can TP do this driver? feel our biker life so light,life may suddenly gone on the happy way back home:cry:

FYI, I was knocked senseless by a taxi driver too, but I got the lawyer to make him PAY!!!

 

I was lucky not be be run over by 7pm rush-hour traffic when I lay unconscious on the road.

 

Took me couple of months, but I made him PAY for unintentionally TRYING TO KILL ME!!!

 

That bas***d got his taxi's insurance company to try & claim against me when he was at fault, claiming I was speeding, with no headlights & he was signaling but I didn't see. Lucky I got witness to testify. Nailed him DEAD!!!

 

 

 

So, brudder, be prepared the errant driver will twist the evidence and say its your fault .... be strong, be determined & good luck!
