A fellow Guzzisti in Holland took my casual remark seriously when he rode his Griso 8V from Holland to Moto Guzzi factory in Mandello del Lario attending the GMG2011 Moto Guzzi 90 anniversary party.

Bro, I am always here

I was referring to the Guzzis at MAH's showroom.

Genting lane is only selling scooters if I remember correctly.

I am getting the Bellagio through Looi's Motor, awaiting for the arrival soon.

Cheers.

Congrats. So they had to order it for you I suppose? MG makes great bikes. You will fall in love with them.

Hi

I'd like to learn something from this crowd here. I've always been oogling at Guzzis but have been owning Beemers and other shafties (V-Max and now the Pacific Coast). The Guzzi is drawing me a bit.

I'm looking at getting a Cali or Jackal. Love twins, especially the flats and the Guzzi's traverse V. Jason's selling one. But does anyone here know anyone else who is thinking of letting his/hers go?

Also, who did you go to for support?

I made a call to CycleNet (aka Mah) and nobody really knows much about the Guzzis there except that they want tos sell and get rid of whatever is on the showroom. For parts they will order. (I can do that and am already doing that for my Pacific Coast.) The Guzzi scene is kinda quiet here. Yes, it's a special bike and pretty rare. No big deal for me to handle a mecahnically sound daily running rare bike. My concern is if one happens to be a lemon.

Have any of you owners had issues with the EFI?

I suppose anything else is mechanically simple enough for most good mechanics to handle, and that you get parts online most of the time, would that be correct?

Thanks! I'd appreciate as much advice as possible.

Cheers,

I hope to see you on the road!

Why rush? It's the journey, not the destination ... :shades:
