Get the mirrors with the blue tint as they reduce the glare from rear vehicle' headlight. For levers, those you show have only hydraulic clutch levers. You can still source for CB400 levers on ebay.

Hi, do you where can i find rectangular mirrors with blue tint?

How much will it cost with installation?

Posted

bros, any idea if we order levers from ebay, does it fit any ver or spec of s4? cb400(92-98) does it fit spec 1?

Hi all, i've got a couple of inquiries to make, hope you all bear with me.

1. Where can I find a fork protector for a spec 3

2. My nuts are rusted (no pun intended) the billet screws that secure the oil filler cap and the pillion handle. Where can I get cheaper alternatives to replace them? UM sells the CNC billets for the fuel filler cap but I wouldn't pay $45 plus for just a bunch of screws.

3. Is it possible to purchase the brushed aluminum faceplate where we put our ignition key?

4. Is it possible to purchase just the two round housing for the speedo and tacho?

5. Will a rear hugger prevent spray from the road when I travel on wet surfaces?

6. Do the koso mirros, available from Jason, with integrated LED signals, vibrate?

7. Last but not least, does anyone know how much the signal light switch assembly costs?

Any reply is greatly appreciated!

UM sells the CNC billets for the fuel filler cap but I wouldn't pay $45 plus for just a bunch of screws. - Go to hardware shop around Ah Boy to get Stainless Steel or Nickel Plated bolts and screws.

3. Is it possible to purchase the brushed aluminum faceplate where we put our ignition key? - Don't think its possible. Can try check out the shops in item 1.

4. Is it possible to purchase just the two round housing for the speedo and tacho? - Yes. E-bay has them. Get those from e-bay stores from Hong Kong as they have CB400 in their market.

5. Will a rear hugger prevent spray from the road when I travel on wet surfaces? - What kind of spray you talking abt? Huggers purpose is to prevent debris from goin to monoshock suspension like those in sport bikes. For CB400, cosmetic purpose.

6. Do the koso mirros, available from Jason, with integrated LED signals, vibrate? - Yes they do cos newer versions are all made in plastic to prevent corrosion.

7. Last but not least, does anyone know how much the signal light switch assembly costs? - Can give a call to the shops in item 1. to check on the prices.

Using it on my bike and it works. Top of the tailboard and box base plate is much cleaner and not full of dirt.

What is a no kiss mudguard can somebody post a pic of it?

After much deliberation I finally went and bought some 41mm clipons for my revo. While I was at the shop also got a nice set of black LSL footpegs fitted too. Feet feel more naturally positioned and comfortable too than on the stock pegs with the rubber on top.

Will post pics after the clipons have been installed.

Nice and effective and can see how that will prevent the back end from getting dirty. So what happened to your fatass setup now that you miss it. It's funny cause lots of bikes here do the opposite and go for a tail chop or put a fender eliminator kit on whereas the fat ass is the other extreme but with the fatass function over form comes to mind.

Mate you're bike is fully decked out and you could ride that thing down here to Australia :)

Thanks again for your help with the clipons and I'll post pics after having them fitted. I lowered the front forks and exposed them out of the yoke by about 15mm. Do you think I should lower them even more and put the clip on on top (next to triple clamp) and put the forks back in their original position or clip them on underneath?

A guy in Australia had a revo but had a crash who now has xt660 motard. Just before he ordered below crash guards and has just received them. He wants AUD130 (SGD170) for them. Do you think this is a good price? His cousin sent them to him from Russia.
