Hey guys. Witness for accident needed here. I'd be really thankful for any witness who would stand out to help me.

 

Accident is on 9th of Feb 2010. Around 8 10pm at Tampines Ave 2 and Tampines st 32/23 Junction. Vehicle involved: CBR 400 (DARK GREY), TOYOTA VIOS (BLACK).

 

I was travelling along the road just outside Ngee Ann secondary, Tampines Ave 2 towards PIE. While approaching the junction. The traffic light was green in my favour and was hit by a car turning RIGHT from Tampines Ave 2 into Street 32.

 

I was flung 5meters and suffered various injuries such as:

Urethral injury (urinal pipe)

Blunt trauma to right eye

Nasal bone fracture (nose)

Right thumb fracture

Right distal radius fracture (wrist)

and warded 5 days.

 

I was lying on the ground where kind pedestrians came to my rescue. The driver did not apologise or asked about my condition while i was on the ground. All i saw was, he just glanced at me and walked away. (He did not hit&run.)

 

(I moved off from the junction at TAMP JC Straight down when the redlights turn green. I went to the scene of accident and notice that almost every car from that junction MOVING OFF FROM an immediate green light could pass by the junction of my accident effortlessly. Means it will also be Green light. However, its not of an useful support for my case.)

 

I had a lawyer to fight for my claims but no witness could prove that i DID NOT beat the red light.

Hope that there will be any witness who was at the scene of accident to prove that i DID NOT beat the red light.
