How to tidy up a particular storeroom, so the tools, household items can fit into.

Tentative already discussed and should be converting the room I am currently sleeping in. To become the landlady's personal workspace, bedroom & office. Which means the room have a wardrobe to keep shoes, accessories & clothing. A shelving to keep her baking and cooking equipments. A table and chair for her to use for work and study.

For the landlord, his current office should hold his documents and books. And whichever motorcycling stuff.

For the storeroom, I think its safe to keep his fishing items, tools & household items.

Problem is.....where should I store those extra vase, cups & so on, that is better off giving out to people?

what's bugging me .........

my "new" bike.

took it over from a childhood friend who lives a few blocks away.

i'm just the subrider of the bike due to parents disapproval.

1 -

at first he ask for 500. then up 700 because of the insurance. okay nevermind. then after buying my insurance, he asked me to top up 1k. claims that his father "scold him for letting go of his bike so cheap"

2-

before getting his bike, he told me that his installments are left with around 12 months. only when making payment at NTUC, then he said that he didnt realize that he still have 18 to 19 months of installments left. WHAT .. THE .. HECK !!!!!!!!!!!!!

3 -

the sum of money that i gave him, he used it partly to service his bike. when i asked him, he sayd that he serviced the engine. what does this mean? this IS a question, coz i dont really understand by "service the engine" part.

4 -

since he already did his servicing, i thought everything is okay. until i start to ride the bike on my own. the fuel meter was faulty. nevermind, can gauge from odometer maa.

5 -

checked the condition of my bike with another friend. turns out that ....

- FORK OIL LEAKING

- CHAIN LOOSE

- SPROCKET MUST CHANGE

6 -

the bike died down on me twice today. and luckily i was few traffic lights away from home. i thought it was because i ran out of petrol. so i switched to reserve. after which, the bike slowly died on me again. and then i thought, maybe 2t finishing. slowly ride to shell. open fuel cap, inside still got petrol. check 2t, 2t still got half.

so i'm wondering, what other factors can cause my bike to die out?

and my nsr is pretty high rev. and it doesnt help that i'm travelling 100km each day to work and back. :faint:

what luck! kena carrot by own friend. my fault too fr trusting him too much.

You do realize that since you're the subrider, you can simply take the bike, strip it down, sell parts, and then park it somewhere obvious and don't pay the instalments.

Since the bike is still legally under his name, he will get the sh1t.

Eye for an eye anyone?

rexona ???

rexona isnt working.

Anyway, its always worth getting all sweaty and stinky. I found lots of cutleries which I will buy and store first in storage. Then new flat comes, got instant stuff.

Though they probably arent enough to outfit a home yet. There is so much more things that will be needed for making a new home live-able.

But at least I am having a bit of fun just messing landlord's living area into a flea market.

The murtabak is UNDENIABLY awesome but i swear i will NOT patronise that coffeeshop again for 1 simple reason..i bought straits times from them n told the Man that i need a plastic bag cos i was riding. His lame excuse was.."no.cannot.Plastic law say cannot give plastic"...Can anybody decipher this code?plastic law?what the bloody heck???? n just yesterday i decided to try my luck again cos none of the petrol kiosks around there had received their newspapers for the day yet as it was still early in the morning..(7.30am).N this time the SAME Man's answer was "Cannot.newspaper only 90cents.cannot give". I threw the papers back onto the shelves and walked back to my bike..ppl stared at me but i didnt give 2 hoots.....maybe next time must bring my own paper bag but there WONT be a next time cos i wont go there again...it doesnt matter how good the food is but with this kind of bloody attitude, that really turns me off

Sounds like somethin trivial to me at least..Maybe he wants to do his part to save the environment? Also save costs? Usually if I know I'm gonna buy somethin I'd bring a bag or if its somethin small can tie to the pillion seat or somethin..Get over it man..

Undeniably awesome murtabak > plastic for newspaper..

Undeniably awesome murtabak wins on all counts IMO..

Plastic can get anywhere..But not undeniably awesome murtabak..The word to take note here is "awesome"..:cheeky:
