I really want to put him into ICU but must pity the wife and kids, make people life hard still can talk about getting a new bike. Pui.

 

My mistake was I should have heeded the warning signs that he's a useless good for nothing.

 

Wah piang eh, wat a pig... Btw no point to regret bro, tell e bike shop u wanna strike off ur name as guarantor.. C wat e bikeshop say... Bout e summons, u should not have pay it coz if he didnt pay, he kena go court to settle.. If fail to turn up, warrant of arrest will b issued against him... I know u nd to use e bike but y make life easier for him ?...

 

Any possibility to sell away e bike to shop ? Trade in for another bike under ur name perhaps ?

Sub-Rider problem . There is a person name of Raihan (SR) did not pay the bike and now kana REPO by motodiam.. Damn suay kana sabotage by this sub-rider. Initially he was trustworthy by paying all the instalment. now the actual self of him are reveal!!! its ugly.. I hope he can take this matters like a growth man by settling it!!

 

Hence there is a LOU drafted between me & him. i will go nasty at him if he dont!

I can manage with public transport, its a hassle but I'll manage, u know la standard janji melayu 'I'll pay by this date and that date', promises but empty ones. I wouldn't be surprised if he never paid a single cent at all.

 

I'll try dealing with the bikeshop, enough is enough la, first accident my bike, then never fork out anything for the damages, then never pay fine. All this happen when I decided to resign from work, walaueh pple wanna relax2 find another job now must die die work part time. NBCB.

 

Transport the mofo here and there don't want to say where beforehand, from one location then suddenly say another location maciam petrol free, I ask for petrol money also don't wanna pay, give me half only, this one SG, not JB. Mofo say he'll pay his fine by this weekend, now spin story say he pay by 28th. Want me to fork out my own money also don't know how tell me earlier, wanna keep quiet until kena ask or at the very last minute on purpose.

 

I remember one time when my helmet kena stolen and I ask him to go my house and fetch my helmet, it isn't that far, Geylang to Central, apparently its too far. -_-

 

I think my tolerance is pretty damn high but I could not imagine scum like these exist.

I tot the usual NS mantra. You cannot call it your own, if you cannot protect/sustain your own.

 

You are the owner. If you had not had the planning to buy and maintain the bike. Why be a owner of the bike and trust your sub to pay?

I was wondering if it is possible to push my bike back to shop with unsettled fines of the first owner, btw I'm just the subrider but I have bought and paid for the bike and continued COI.

 

I intend to push the bike back to shop, trade in for another bike and continue COI without having to pay so much.

I believe I can get him to come down, I just don't want to settle his fine for him..nor do I want to give him the chance to get whatever that is worth of that bike after I've done with payments, its better that I owe people money than he owe me money, lesser of two evils, at least other people know I can pay back, him, he'll try to evade the payments part because of all the other **** he put himself into, easy way to know, he doesn't even make the effort to discuss how he wants to pay back.

and your only way out now. Is keep paying for the bike till all the instalments are settled and paid for. And discharged yourself as a gaurantor.

 

You can don't pay for the speeding fines, since they are his.

 

But take note, that its unlikely this fella will be gentlemen enough to transfer the bike into your own name as a owner from then onwards.

 

Cut off all ties with this fella as much as possible, or from then onwards, continue the use of the bike, but treat it professionally that you are 'renting' the bike.

 

Take it as a lesson learnt.

I think its me being fat.

 

My nose nodules has grown fatter and narrowed my nose inside such that I am not sleeping very well because I wasn't breathing enough oxygen.

 

And with a consistent sensitive nose which is now running 24/7. I cannot pin down to which virus or possibly what allergies that is causing me to be so. So the nose nodules are probably even more inflamed.

If the bike IU number doesn't tally with the bike registration number. Good luck to u. Most probably Spend another 150 exc GST to get an IU that's tagged to your bike. My friend just kena. Previous IU dunno take from scrapped bike or what.. Have to buy new IU and register for his season parking.
