Hi, its been a few weeks that we last have a vintage/classic bike gathering. any chances that we will be having a gathering soon.

very eager to meet more vintage bikers out there.

Hi guys, Went down to jalan besar to do some spare parts marketing for my bike on last sat. Happened to pass by a shop, Named- Ever Sucerss Auto parts Pte Ltd located Lembu Road (very near to desker road). They sell genuine parts for bikes. Wanna to noe anybody bought any parts from that shop before? I have spoken to the 'boss' also. He mentioned that he CB400 and CB550. He has the bikes in his shops (he has two other branches). Anyone here has spoken to him before?

 

By the way, seen this bike at Kovan. Only noe its from Yamaha. Quite cute and vintage. Any comment on that?

I always go to this shop to order my CB400f part.

Btw they told got no cb350f left~

Wow , what a coincidence.

 

Took my bike for a short weekly warm-up ride 10 mins ago.

Guess who I saw - Teamlm on his Duke. Sounds fabulous.

Too bad he was on the right side of the road going into Orchard and I was on the extreme left turning into Scotts heading home.

 

Sorry couldnt stop to chit chat Teamlm.

Nice meeting you on the roads too. As usual, I will take my GT from East coast for rounding in Singapore twice every week. I usually do it in night time. Ha ha.. what a nice timing. Hope the exhaust note is not irritating.

 

Recently I've got my standard remus exhaust changed. The Termi's (For Ducati only) developed racing exhaust, airfilter and racing ECU for the ducati GT. I've installed into my bike recently. The midrange and pick up is really sweet. The best part is that i don't really need my warning horn now. The exhaust note will do the talking and warning.

 

2 weeks ago, i happened to ride with a friend whom just purchased an Harley sporters 1200R with a screaming eagle end can. We both decided to gain and clock mileage as to faciliate servicing. He complaint he can't keep up with me as my exhaust note is tearing his ear drum apart. sigh..

 

We both ended with a good laugh. Brother Throttle and classic bikes kakis, If you a fan of teh tarik, do join us for teh tarik in the east area.

1) Saw one uncle riding a green colour wan, turn into ave 10 industrial park, veri nice condition. Is a 4 into 4.

2) 5 years back, there is a malay guy brought a red color wan at weng yap, is like a 5 year coe, kana con.

3) seen a silver color that is 4 into 2, many years back.

4) Near Ducati shop at lavender, used to park one silver colour wan, in bad condition.

5) Many years back like 6 to 7 years back, saw one purple color at serangoon motorshop in crash condition, whole fork bend in, a uncle brought the scrap bike for $500.00 wo.

 

Tik got ten over ba, but not 20 ba.

Marco bro, any photo of those mentioned by you??? Maybe the same bike wo.

And by the way, my name is spell "chris" same goes for my friend.

I think he stay in bishan. He use to ride a pink CB200. That is how he got the nickname Bundong!

Hello All,

 

I rode the W400 back to my home town in Perak, Malaysia to attend a secondary classmate’s wedding dinner last week. Total journey was 1116km. The W400 was under powered on highway, average speed was 110~120km/h with 5000rpm on the tacho. Sitting position not too bad as I only suffered a sored neck and shoulders due to the helmet buffeting of 7.5hours.
