It will be nice bro...i'm thinking of doing tat too..lenght cafe tank for CB750 abt 26" long...i used it as a guide on my bike, 24" - 25" should be alright...Are u going to use ur 350 tank to extend? Or customise the whole cafe tank.

Awesome Bro.... take the masurement from your bike.. it have to be proportional.... if not i guess it will look rather odd.... bro... if you doing ...sent my tank in too leh.....

I am not going to extend my old tank. Getting someone to fab a new tank out. I have done some dimension out but duno can anot bo?? Mine diminsion: length: 630mm , width front: 230, width seat end: 190 , height: 250. Cut out in paper, wow is like very huge.

Roger, if you are interested, figure some dimesnion out before 20 of Feb cos this guy is going back to his home town and try to get it done for me, duno how true it can be done, anyway i am going for it.

That is awesome man. Was out with the Norton riders the other day and they have some parts of the tanks slightly raised. Gives a plain tank some kind of design. Are you going to have additional dents for the handle bars and deeper knee grip slots? Alloy tank or fibreglass? Double fuel caps? Customise number side panels? Exciting news! 10 x :thumb:

Not sure whether they can do alloy anot in India, guess maybe they can. Dent at the handle bar, guess it wont hit ba. Double fuel cap, not sure maybe air outlet. Thinking of making a small compartment at the end of the tank to put my tools. Making it only for around 23litres of petrol not full tank storage.

Will this work??

Length= 630mm, issit too long to handle

Width= 230mm, to expose the two side head

More worrys on the bottom side of the tank where tank meets the frame.

My head is always thinking of DIY fiberglass stuffs but..............

Mob cardboard tank, look veri big to me.

Hey Chris, just look at the picture. You see the triangle shape on the frame where the battery is? Measure the triangle on your bike with 1:1 scale and measure the picture print out using the nearness scale that match the dimension on your bike then phtocopy the picture zoom bigger or smaller to actual dimension on your bike. Now you will have the whole tank shape and measurement in scale to the actual size.:thumb:

Anybody know the the dimension of those cafe racer long tank?? Any idea?

I am thinking of getting somebody to customising a long tank, trying to get it done cheap!

Hi guys, what you all think?? Think will be nice??

As shown in the photo, it will be like 70cm, start from fork to centre of side cover.
