From my observation..They rarely check on bikes..Coz bike one time kena $8 only..But car they will check..

my area always check.. my neighbour nv buy season parking 1 month can strike "jackpot" about 2-3 times a month.. furthermore their bike not parked there 24/7.. so they might be here even more often.. there was once i forgot to renew season parking i got summoned.. i say my friend's ticket on the road so i picked it up for him and peeped.. realised it was the day before i got mine.. 2 days they come 2 times..

At Tampines..Usually can see them gather before they head out together usually just after the day timin for the coupon expired..

1st time park at season parking area without ticket kenna $25,

rest of time park at non-season parking area also kenna $25 each.

dono how many times, just that i think its like, 'i give u one chance next time no more chance' so like appeal for $8 next time no more appeal for lets say $25. haha. dono if my logic is true.
