What i read was the gear box got a major problem or some sought. Like shifting gear is very difficult or something. Pardon for my bad english..

 

 

wad course u taking.. sorry i abit out of point... sian.. i go attatchment le... hope to see u with a pulsar soon:) i love this bike alot.. and im sure u will... very fuel efficient and smooth for me and in my point of view.. fast and good enuf for city roads like SG.

i think best for you to go down UM to take a look 1st

don't rush to make a decision to get from the buyer here

difference in short

 

air cooled(180) vs oil cooled(200)

electric and kick start(180 UG1,2,3) vs electric start only(200 & 180 UG4)

no sensor(180) vs air filter,low EO,batt low sensor(200)

engine cc 180 vs 200

outlook: no front flaps(180 UG1,2,3),exhaust,closed chain guard,tire size vs front flaps(200 & 180 UG4),open chain guard,wider and bigger tires

honestlyyy, I've been stalking this thread for 1 year plus! i didn't join the forum while taking my 2B. i didn't join while looking for my pulsar. ultimately i joined this forum only when i realized that there's no better place for advices about bajaj bikes but here!

 

thanks to alvin for putting flyers on my bike in JP. and the mechs at UM for constantly reminding me to seek help here. haha. i think i was very shy cos i thought every question i'm gonna post here may sound super noob. (still is! heh.)

 

so fizhlmocca, don't be a noob like me and just fire those questions away! i've never seen a friendlier team than here. (virtually and physically, cos i haven't met them in person before. I'm sorry but i can't recognize any of your faces! except for your bikes rather. )

I am just checking up on the bike I should get once I have gotten my license.

I am planning to ride to school everyday.

Hence I need a bike which can give me good mileage and decent commuter speed.

After looking through the forum, I think that Pulsar 135 LS will be a good choice.

Please give me advice on this.

Because I could not find a single second hand Pulsar 135 LS online, I need to enquire about the cost of a new Pulsar 135 LS and where can I get it.

If anyone knows where I can get second hand Pulsar 135 LS, that will be even better.

I am looking for a bike with:

-Good Mileage

-Decent Commuter Speed

-Decent looking ( PLEASE NO KUPS! THEY ARE WAY TOO UGLY! )

-Cheap to maintain

Yeah, I agree, many low profile pulsarians are there

 

i don't really have any experience or good advices to give bout riding my pulsar. I'm not sure bout the rest, but pulsar is my first bike (and i'm only a year into my licence too). so there's nothing i can give to this thread but questions. but all i know is, comparing my bike with the rest of my friends, i'm always grinning from ear to ear, when they curse and swear after i tell them of pulsar's fc. and i'm loving this bike each day.

 

i'm a low-profiler, but i always have this thread in my browser tab, and will not fail to check for updates everyday.

135LS is a very very very very new bike

just lauched this year in SG

there is no 2nd hand ones on the market

can't comment much as most of us here are riding the 180 or 200

haven got any 135LS rider in here to share yet

pricing wise do check with UM

and if you are interested to buy go to UM and look for chris

spend abit more on the 200 lah.... 135ls still new... but they are hensome decent looking... but u looking for second hand get the 180 or 200... you got 2b.... max 2b can go is 200... so enjoy 200... i take 180 no choice because it my mother blessing bike...

was lane splitting and was stuck with the sun shinning into my eyes cause a taxi stopped too closed to the white dotted line

135 juz came out late last yr..so ppl still lovin their bike..but it does look like an rxz to me..hehe..so mebbe by e time u pass already got come out as 2nd hand..coz by then..duno coe increase to how much alrdy..6k? hmm
