wads kaching?

money la..

Recommended to wash carb every 10,000km so as to change spark plug.

Filter.. have.. sponge filter.. u go check, open your left side cover and open the four bolts.

U’ll be able to see your BLACK sponge filter.. hehehe

To achieve a good FC of around 45km-50km/L, u must not exceed your RPM to more than 5k..

The higher the RPM u go.. to lower your FC drop lor…

lol! sponge filter do what? ug2 also got ah? confirm cannot go more than 5k for RPM? shitz man.. i always change gear at 7k rpm. and my pick up is like strong. must change gear 1-3 in less than 10 sec. don't know if the prev owner got do anything to it. hmmm...

nah.. i dun feel any diff.. when i go in msia i also pump esso.. haha..

anyway.. v power ex meh? my full tank is abt $28 can last 1 week ley..

Btw, guys when u all bring the bike for service what did u all do? I brought it in today.. they only change EO.. very fast! i ask if he got check he said check le.. then i paid $22 smemore.. :sian:

esso more vibration. pump shell power!! full tank $28?? now i pay full tank only almost RM40. :D

Forget to ask u all, where did u all change the sprocket?

yeah... anyone knows the place to change sprocket in malaysia? i wanna change mine la. don't mind the sacrifice in pickup but must make sure can cruise at higher speed and lessen the vibrations.

.

i'm riding UG2 dah bruder.. every vehicle need filter dah.. the air we're living is not clean air lor..

not that cannot go more than 5rpm.. if u wanna aim for a very good mileage, u must maintain at that RPM lor... first few times when i bot my Pulsar i try to achieve the max FC.. and i got it the highest 53km./litre... but i ride very relac one.. pick up also slow...

one of the tips to imporve your FC is to make a quick change to your gear.. but not too quick till lost power and your engine kaput..

maybe u try all this and see any different or not in your FC.

for me when i'm on the way to JB i'll be at 75-85km/h.. but once full tank leave singapore checkpoint only i 'rush' home cos i sometimes go top up during weekday at 9plus and try to be home within 1.5hours.. usually around 100-120km/l... hehe... FC drop a lot!!!...

Well i don't find any different for us to put which area we stay at? east? west? north? why can't we just put the place we stay.. i believe our bruders and sistas here find it useful, in term of meeting up or asking for nearby help.

so let me get the ball rolling. put your location in CAPITAL letters.

for those not comfortable revealing where 'exactly' they stay, can just leave it as it is.

GUys.... Enuff with those spec and review...

for sproket, dis is wat i did. i change front spoc size 16 rxz type in jb. d next day i went 2 UM to change rear spoc size 36, stock. ( or was it 39? cant remember). this is if u want distance la.

for tyres, i wont recomend to change it in jb. dis is wat most people told me la. but if u want den, nothing wrong wif it. the reason i wont recomend is due to quality. buttt..... im not sure myself. hahaha!!!

i think it last btw 500km-800km.. me also nto sure the exact distance as some workshop recommend different mileage for the next service..

if u have the money why not.. .. but its redudent u put a good expensive oil and u have to change thein a few days or a week time...

and further more if i'm not wrong mineral oil is more thinner, meaning good for engine running it..

other comment on this..

when i first got my bike.. i change to front 16teeth and rear to 39 if i'm not wrong.. forgot liao..

about the tyre.. true.. Singapore tyre is much better than Msian tyre. even my JB fren buy tyre in Singapore.. and careful hor when u park your bike, your whole wheel might be gone in 60seconds.. heheh.. JB thieves also aim for good singapore tyre..

but of all this, i still buy my tyre in JB.. hehehe.. as long as better than stock, i happy liao and safe money.

if u want super good tyre.. no doubt, BAttlex, bridgestone..

why there's a different in quality of tyre in JB and singapore is masically where the tyre made in.. in singapore most of the GOOD tyre made in JAPAN and thats why its expensive. In JB, most of thier tyre made in Thailand

front spoc stock is wad size?

i tot change 1 side good enough...since it's about the ratio...

stock is 15 teeth.

change front only, or back only or both also can.

as long as u ok with the ratio and happy with the outcome.

if u change the front up by a 'tooth'. mean u cannot afford to reduce your rear teeth so much...

those that reduce their rear sprocket so much cos they keep to stock front sprocket.

the front i can't remember exact figure its arouns RM7-8.. as for the rear, i have to go back to UM.. cos mine is UG2.. UG3 and P200 if i'm not wrnog can use other brand sprocket...

as i said earlier.. its up to your own choice on what u wanna change.. both front and back or just rear.. if u go back a few pages, they mention about those have change their sprocket teeth.. maybe u can get the rough idea..

u can stay your front at 15 and just reduce your rear teeth more.

oor u go to google out about bike gear ratio.. do a little read up for better understanding.

change tyres to battlax la. super grip. even if you buy in singapore, make sure check the manufacturing date. if you get an old one, it won't last that long.

if you change both, what's the difference between having same ratio but different teeths? cos i thought just change one will have significant difference, and changing both can create something similar like adding 1.5 teeth to just the back wheel which is physically impossible. so, no need waste money to be super accurate on it.

count me in.

count me in too :)

well, that makes 4 of us. proradar, wavy, marcsuper4 and me. but the big question is where to change it? which shop in jb does a good job?
