right turn always occurs at junction, unless u're on a right curve, then check left b4 go.

Just got call from my Mech about my Honda Wave...

The bearings in the engine wore out the engine block. Have to change and write in to LTA.

Haiz...

 

Might just write off the bike.

 

i dun understand. the bearings worn which will afect d block, which means overhaul. y do u nd 2 write to lta?

mebbe he meant scrap e bike coz cost of fixing it doesnt make financial sense also known as BER(beyond economical repair)

i knew it was a gear bearing problem cos of the loss of power when throttling.

so i sent it in. when open up the right side of engine, can see the motor oil all silvery color cos the bearings all busted up inside.

this engine can tell was overhauled recently, rest of parts still good.

then open up the left side, can see the engine block kaput. need to replace.

 

in Singapore the bike chassis and engine block is registered at LTA in your log card. if you change it, you need to write in to LTA to explain why there is a need to change, likely need to take photos and get a report from Mech that it is beyond repair.

 

if LTA approves the change, then can change. even if you sneak behind them and change without their knowledge, the issue will still come back when you scrap the bike. cos you need to produce the bike chassis and engine block when scrapping.

 

might just scrap it now and hock off all the parts to cut my losses. (tires are only a week old.)

the thickness is 3mm , slightly thicker and also slightly higher than the stock! ..

 

3 colors available ... clear, smoke and tinted like stock one ... price maybe around $20 more or less ... shipping not included yet.

u guys cn buy light tint or clear..i still got tinted film so u can paste to make ur windshield darker n also rubber to put on the edge to make it somewhat nicer
