hi guyes... off topic ar... i got 2 bikes in mind.... dr 125sm and duke 125.... but i heard duke have problems and its cost is soooo expencive... but the dr 125sm is brutle... so how?

 

not to say pulsar no good ar but i dont wana carry my bittersweet memory to a new bike.. be it a diffrent bike...

Maybe check out the rest of the forum if they have threads for these bikes, people who ride the bikes are best to answer the se questions. It's ok to want to change bike, just go with your heart and then look up the features and see if you still like the bike ! Are you already able to ride again?

Riding sometimes is not always about FC.

If thats the case, riding 2A or 2 bikes won't make sense.

 

Riding to me has to make some financial sense but more importantly, it must put a smile on your face when you ride. And that doesn't mean a silly grin, although that happens to me at times.

If it has to be 2B then there is not much choice. I would go the max CC within 2B. Pulsar 200, Tiger 200 or Phantom 200. Or even TW200 or XR200 if you are into scramblers. FZ150i is powerful and light but looks not good. CBR150 is also powerful but its quite old now and the new CBR 150 is coming so may be wait for it.

The reason I dont like it is because Varadero was made for the UK market where they have restrictions of 125CC and hence they are trying to get the most power out of 125CC in a non efficient way and hence overpricing it.

 

In SG, when we have 200CC as the limit, why should we buy a product that was made for UK's circumstances. There is much more efficient way of getting the same or more power in a 200CC and and at a lower price too.
