I think Givi E21 or Kappa 21 are the best, they have enough space and same time they are not wider than the mirrors so can squeeze if you want. Side boxes also provide protection in case of fall, so yeah go for it!

MJ posted them a few pages back.. But the sideboxes are infront.. Gave us the inspiration to install the sideboxes infront on our Tiger too. And we did!

I don't think I'll get a ducati here in SG, at least certainly not to keep. Maybe for 4-6 months to try it and for the coolness, but I just can't put 25k in a bike that doesn't fit SG roads at all, or that I can't take for touring. I'm more interested in a Kawa Versys if I go for a bigger bike.

 

I don't think I'll part with Shadow, ever, unless I relocate to a country too far away and the cost of shipping isn't worth it. I love this bike too much!

 

Next plans for touring are Indonesia, Morocco and the USA. For the last 2, I think I'll rent a bike in the country itself. Indonesia i'd like to do on Shadow, hopefully in 2012.

 

By the way, I plan on visiting our friends at Prides in Jakarta in mid December, they have an event over the mid December WE. I'll confirm once I bought my plane tickets so you can tell me if there's something you want me to bring back.

 

@Alvin, just ignore the summoning. In the first place, for them to ask a bribe means it's not that bad. What was it you did exactly ? I hear people saying you can have troubles at the customs but really, how bad can it be.. Wort case they ask money to clear it and at best you'll never hear about it again.

21 Ltr is quite thin. About 5 inch width cannot put helmet, can only put raincoat, shoes, books etc.

 

You can try the bigger E41 boxes, for putting helmets etc. But you will not be able to squeeze easily, your bike will behave like a car in the traffic

Considering a Burgman or Majesty for the extra oomph in HP. As usual I keep a bike and scoot. Two bikes and I get confused. Lol

E21 is already wider than my handlbars on my S4. Depends on how the bracket and what rack is used. But if you compare with E41, it is narrower.
