As stated by some forumers, switching on doesn't shorten ur battery life.

i dont swith on is not to save my battery.

Accident can happen anytime, anywhere.

However ask yourself, do you want to fall at 120km/h or 60km/h?

i kenna once, tail light bulb blown, a kind rider inform me about it. :thumb:

actually we are taught when mounting a bike, always check the lights n everyting, but who actually does that. :p

hahaha... quite true... nobody does that... got one time... my headlight connector got loose... it take a kind soul to inform me also... LOL

But on or off the headlight is subjective subject. it depend on individual rider and TP. so let skip this topic and process to next.

Regarding the washing of bike in JB.

I also like the way they wash, but i dun like the strong jet of water...

I do not know if it is a freak incident or wat, but after a month of washing there ... my wiring go berserk which cost me 98 buck for repair..

afterall, is personal option to have the bike wash in JB or local.

Hey guys, just want to ask something. The recommended for EO change is 2,500km right? What if I exceed it, lets say by 500km, will it cause any damage to the engine? Or will anything happen to the bike?

there was a thunderstorm (at butter factory); i put it beside my bike as opposed to hooking it onto my bike so it wouldn't get wet. took a cab to my friend's place, took a cab back, it was gone D:

EO should be changed at 2k km. But better to change early a little bit say 1.7k...

Actually I did not experience you situation but I think the oil level might be too low and/or thin to provide adequate lubrication for your engine...

I think from your hse, the nearest workshop is at AMK Industrial Park 2A, Autopoint building. Dun think there is other nearer workshop ard our neighborhood.

If u go UM the ppl there generally will tell u every 2K-2.5K change EO.. But got inside informant tell me hahah.. Its best and most advisable to change EO every 1.5K.. May sound abit ridiculous, but still I follow.. Cos so far the person who told me this have been a very nice to me and my ride...

Anyway heard from some other ppl dat if u heck care the EO it can jam ur piston.. When piston jam.. Then good luck liao.. Therefore if u got the place and facility maybe can even DIY for changing EO.. If not juz go back UM lor.. Every 1 mth or so pay a $12 can buy u lots of ease...

1.5k I think still ok for the $10 EO. Sometime I scare I no time to visit the workshop, I change at 1k so that I can have a piece of mind.

I have to admit that I am really Kia Si...
