To All Bro and Sis .. my apology for spamming in this page 335 ... :cheeky:

The reason why I went to Vivo City .... as mentioned on my last post, me very paisey but the person in charge at the National Geographic Gallery stated it's not cheap to have one item displayed at the gallery there ... it cost $20000 a month or a week I forgot lah ... so since my picture was displayed there ... ehem ehem ... PROUD of myself hahahahaha :cheeky:

Picture titled "Take Aim" by a P5 student from Edgefield Pri School (at ponggol).

and btw .. it is not allowed to take photos there but my wife inform the said person that's me and by chance he allowed it .... and said so

that's my cute 'little' wife Aza and my pretty lovely daughter Zatil Hanan :):):)

dats the TVS Apache 180cc. selling in sg right now. its using suzuki old engine just like our pulsars kawasakis. in terms of performance, the pulsar 180 UG4 loses out. however, this bike only has around 10-11litres of tank i think. im not surprise if it comes out apache 200 n the later months.

oh yeah , i 4got one thing. as i was on d way back to segamat, from melaka, i saw dis uncle riding a phantom 200. sg plate. i reach beside him, n see how fast he was going. to my surprise, he was riding around 130km/h as i was only at 105km/h. phantoms meter is quite big, dats y i was able to see clearly. i still cant believe it until i reached home yesterday night, parked my bike n went to c a phantoms meter dat was parked just beside mine. to my surprise, it was quite true. i wonder, is it my bike, or is it his.

i got bored, so yeah...however take note:

IM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WAT EVER HAPPENS TO UR BIKE AFTERWARDS. U WAN TO FOLO, OR DUN WANT, UP TO U. THIS IS JUST A GUIDE.

so anywayz,...

i'll skip the part where u have to unscrew n take out ur air filter. i'll go straight up to the waching part.

use a small amount of water, a small bucket, small amount of soap n a soft brush.

clean it until ur satistifed. it doesnt take too much time. roughly around 5mins depends on how clean u want.

and den rinse it with tap water.

http://i674.photobucket.com/albums/vv109/Gaban84/DSC07880.jpg?t=1275187176

after its clean, let it dry for a short while.

http://i674.photobucket.com/albums/vv109/Gaban84/DSC07882.jpg?t=1275186910

u can even guard the filter with ur gundams or any other thing.

http://i674.photobucket.com/albums/vv109/Gaban84/DSC07881.jpg?t=1275186974

after its dry, put it inside the fridge n let it cool for 5 to 10 mins.

http://i674.photobucket.com/albums/vv109/Gaban84/DSC07884.jpg?t=1275187274

after dats done, insert n screw back ur filter on ur bike. simple no?

http://i674.photobucket.com/albums/vv109/Gaban84/DSC07886.jpg?t=1275187374

start or bike. it will take quite some time to start cos its cool. den test ride it.

if u r satisfied, den gd, if not, den ..watever.

HAPPY EXPERIMENTING!

bro u forget one veri impt step tat is nv use a air gun to dry or blow at e filter element tis will widen or damage filter element

no reason. its just dat i want it to be cooled. however, wen i tried it wen the filter is cooled, i feel the bikes performance is better. dats y i put up this post.

Bro, I thk wat u experienced when e filter is cooled is somehow similar to car turbo theory. In car, turbo charged engine used e exhaust gas to suck in fresh air fr outside n compressed it in a chamber. When tis o2 is release for mixing it is in freezed state n high in o2 lvl tis ultimately create e booster effect. In ur case, I thk e cold filter cos e air tat passed thru it to b cool n gain in o2 atom number tat y initially when used u will hav tis "turbo" feeling. But I thk tis may contaminate ur carb if water get into it. I got a better n easier suggestion, u saw my diy direct air intake rite? (aka cool air intake theory fr car) E add'l hose tat direct air to e air box one.... Jus place a few ice cube at e entrance so cool air will b directed into ur airbox instead.

Bro actually e filter dun hav to wash Tat often one, I alway tell buyer check every 10k milage dirty den wash....
