ytd i was at bishan and i saw these two black pulsars parked side by side.. soon afterwards one family came along and i realised they are the owners of the bikes.. one father mother.. one son and either the gf or the daughter.. both guys own the bike.. they sure do love pulsar in the family.. i gave my thumbs up to them and the son smiled and responded the same..

Now I'm using RS Taichi like old days ... when comes to super heavy rain .. none beats RS Taichi rain coat price tag $140 ... worth the money spent

 

Bought it bigger size to over coat my RS Taichi mesh jacketprice tag $140 too .. heheheh

 

Now trying to save money to invest on the RS Taichi water proofing riding pants .. price tag around $280 +

 

My rain armor I let my nephew use it.

 

For your case, maybe you can try to apply silicone on the inner side along the joint... same method apply to our seat wrap were there are joint designs made for the seat wrap ... my 2 cents only .... and funny why I did not think of that too ... hehehe wil try whae I'm free and will review the results hopefully ... hahah:cheeky:

 

for alvin.. abt the raincoat rite.. i tink the pants is not bad.. but a tad too short but its quite comfortable and i am currently using it.. the top i using my old raincoat.. haven spoil yet.. but i agree wif mj too.. can try using the silicone glue.. i noe daiso got sell.. $2.. i also saw waterproof spray before.. not sure if it reali works thou.. nxt time can check it out..

Hehe... This bike has little problem so far from my previous experience, it's relax n enjoyable.

 

Every thing has both positive n negative points.

 

I hoped that ur better from ur fall, read earlier on u fell at 50km/hr speed.

HEL Brake hose would be worth it i'm sure.. stainless steel line plus unique motors having some promotions.. mj and hvc both changed their brake hose.. hvc ones is HEL.. mj ones is another brand forgot the name.. i planning to change mine to stainless steel.. i'm trying chrome-mize my bike.. =P wonder if it'll turn out nice anot.. hopefully it does.. but all modifications come only after my repairs are done..

Alarm n alarm dise break locks would do some psychological block, plus a bike cover would help too. I do that for all my ride except e alarm.

lately my bike fuse blown.. no idea why.. suddenly my signal lights nt workin very well and wen i turn on my signals, the electricals will go haywire.. the headlights turn on and off and my speedo lights as well.. any idea where the power leak might be? or wad is wrong? i been riding as per normal.. cant be a bad battery cuz my fuse wouldnt have blown and i checked after i got home, the spare fuse is growin thin also le.. anyone can help me here?

remember a few post back i said dat i WILL push my bike 2 d limit? well, der it is. (though the pics doesnt show clearly) AND DIS ISNT THE FISRT TIME!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHA!!! my mileage has clocked more than 80000km for almost 3 years. its time to go off the road 4 a few months and hide in d darkness until i complete my class 2. though i shall watch this thread from somewhere. muuahahahaha!!! no dis is not farewell. i just dun have d cash to overhaul. however, once i did overhaul, i will keep dis bike.

gotten my p180 for 3 days alrdy, its quite a gd ride except for the troublesome side mirror and the short side stand..

 

would like to ask if travelling at 7500rpm will strain the engine? or should i change the sprocket?

 

and, is the brake hose u talking about essential to ensure safe ride?
