Hmmm... For grounding it's main purpose is lessen the resistance flow thru your wiring system as Stated from my mEch, another purpose is to lenghten the life of ur wires in our bike, over the years our wires will wear n tear, grounding is there to share that labour n etc..

My apologise if I can't explain clearly, this is wat I understand thru my Mech, just passing my understaning to u guys :)

i see.. tt's quite a good ting.. hmmm.. i wana do it also.. hahaha.. grounding.. but urs has many many grounding points.. but it shld b a good ting.. thx for sharing! :thumb:

can DIY urself, by taking out the whole tank and drain out all petrol.

then pour back in BUT left some petrol like 100ml or something {as water is heavier than petrol}

if everything okie. hope u can go for the nasi lemak tmw. :cheeky:

any solution guys? can ride to shop to drain out? or call tow truck liao?

Try not to start the engine

Soak out the pool off water along the drainage in the tank and wipe clean to dry the drainage

if you have a bicycle pump, place the pump hose using the needle for pumping soccer ball in the drainage hole, keep air tight and try to pump to flush out the chock drainage and check the floor if there is traces of water coming out from the bike.

(this method is just an effort, whether it's work or not .. worth to try it out)

leave your bike overnight or 24 hours on main stand and let the fuel ON/OFF to ON.

after the long wait (do something beneficial the time will be shorten hehe )

At OFF position of the fuel knob, open the fuel filter screw cap slowly and check the quality of the fuel.

Repeat the process On/OFF while flushing and checking the quality of the fuel. Once you notice the fuel clear from water, screw back the fuel filter cap. Leave it to ON direction.

Loosen the carburator fuel drainage screw and let the fuel from carb flow out and check the quality of the fuel. Flush out any water traces in the carburator. OFF the fuel knob and continue flushing till water traces gone from the carburator.

Once cleared, tigten the screw back and and ON the fuel knob.

Try to start the bike. Pull out the choke knob and start the ignition again, push back the chock knob and keep up the throttling to warm up the engine and take note if the engine dies off in the middle of the warm up.

GOOD luck! .. if engine fail to continue .. heheh time to call the ambulance........... :faint:

Almost forgot the important thing ... NO SMOKING during this process!!!! and last not least ...

thank God tomorrow is sunday hehehehe

Mass Order ... Rubber Dampen Coupling for P200 & P180 ... interested?

Ok .. remember the rubber coupling at the rear brake drum I posted previously cost $10 at UM ... once it wears off, it affects your gear sprocket chain, wobbling, vibration and also the rear tyre.:faint:

I'm trying to bring in aftermarket one which the material of the rubber coupling is the same used for forklift .... hmm claims the life span is 3 times longer than our stock ... :thumb:

so if you guys interested to share the shipping costing do pm me or put down your name below ...

12. HVC ... (total 3 kg)

13. Cookie_Monster

14.

15.

16. ..... (will stop at 4kg final MO)

NO more taking in order once it hit 4kg.

fyi ..

the price is only around $5 and the shipping for 1kg is around $10

1kg = 4 rubber coupling

If more I'll try to bargain for lower price .. not confirm but will try ok. Below it the actual picture of the rubber damper and also the stock wear damper
