1) 2 sets Signal lights going for $8 per Piece- 1 set left

2) Darn heavy balancer both for $8

4) Side mirrors with blind spot mirror both for $18

9)Gazi shock damper going on sales, brought what I was looking for so selling this Shock damper.

What an eventful day for me sia

 

1) broke the screw thread of my rear left signal light when i tried to change the orientation.(Thanks to bro kiraguyver for the spare signal lights)

 

2) blow 1 of my alarm fuse when i accidentally tap to the wrong wire of the rear brake light

 

3) blow both my bike's fuses(shorted the bike circuit when i accidentally tapped the wrong wire for my alarm)

 

-was riding back from the hazard diy session when i realise that my speedo backlight will dim and headlight will dim whenever i tap brake, also speedo light will flicker when i signal,my voltmeter will show L or LLL whenever i tap brake then my bike just went offline literally,no electricity. i was at the 2nd most right lane along upper bt timah(tekka market there). had to push my bike manually to the sidewalk.

 

-i opened up my bike and found my bike system's fuse burnt, switch my horn's one to the bike system one and bike can start up. so i rode off and the same problem came back. lucky this time round my bike went offline when i was almost reaching my blk,went offline just nice outside my place's mscp.manually pushed my bike to under my blk and went to home-fix to buy fuse.

 

-opened up my bike and took out all the wires and just connect back the batt and bike no problems. slowly 1 by 1 i put back my electrical stuff(voltmeter,spark earth,horn,alarm) and no more problem to my bike.all electrical system working fine.even managed to tap the rear brake light for my alarm...

anyway nt all of us managed to get what we wanted to be done at today's session

 

I haven do my led pilot lights and also my side boxes wanted to do reflective sticker but turn out very ugly...going to redo...

Eventful DIY session for sure

Thanks everyone for helping me on my bike, specially to bro Cookie who spent all the afternoon attending my hella horn and helping me with it.

Thanks Sam for getting the nuts needed to fix the horn and to everyone for landing material, help, ideas and comments while we were going through the whole "can't open this screw gnnnnnnnnrrrrrrr !" thing.

 

Anyone has any idea how to unscrew a very very very tight screw ? I tried putting some oil on top of the screw but no luck. The thing is, both screws I need to unscrew are either hard to reach on the bike, or on the horn piece itself, I'll show pictures this evening.

 

The Hazard lights was done, but I still need to tidy up the switch, put a nice box around it and fix it properly to the bike. But removing the tank helped me tidy up the whole bike's cables, it can get super messy after installing a couple of things..

Alvin, man, and I thought I had it bad when I wanted to leave and my throttle seemed locked on high rpm (the tank was pulling on the throttle cable when we put it back on the bike, so with Cookie and Glzco's help we troubleshooted it and placed the throttle cable in a way that the tank didn't touch it). But you seem to have run into much more trouble !

 

Do you know why the fuses blew ? what cable exactly was causing the problem ?

So now with your alarm, pilot lights are still blinking or just the tail light ?

 

Where do you buy your fuses, home fix ? All 15 or did you manage to find a 10 fuse ?

i think it was that time when i tapped the wrong wire at the rear brake light that time already cause some short

then when i rode the current suddenly surged and unstable

now my alarm is just the rear brake lights

our bike fuses in the fuse box is all 10A fuse

bought it at home fix $0.50 each

3. O'Ren > P200 > Deep Black $105 + $15

 

4. glzco > P180 > Silver $66 + $15

5. speedaddict > P180 > Orange $66 + $15

 

please note for those P180 ... you need to remove the stock chain guard and have to get P200 chain guard. Little modification needed to have it fit on your ride.
