Issit possible to self-install the rear hugger? any modification needed like cable tie or what not as to what installing suepr4 rear hugger needs?

they don't have any that can put the optical inserts

they are still in the process doing it

and it will take some time

 

thinking of going down to those mountain biking shops to look see look see

think they should have some models

Just came back from mj's place, went to see the fender & rear hugger. front fits nicely, rear depending on your swingarm. Mj rear hugger just add an extension I think no cable tight fits nicely. I'm definately getting who is with me can share shipping

can't expect all to be 100% perfect hehehe but honestly bro ari has done a great job ... both cosmetics come with additional brackets for plug and play.

 

When Jacky do on Kira's red wolf, he personally said to me that the guy who did the rear hugger is very good ..precised engineering easily assembled by using the bracket issued... add on can't wait to see what other toys they can make for pulsar ... hehehe

 

Diffferent from my case ...hmmm different year model have different features ...

 

1; when I installed my Gazi, need to modify and cut the end part of the rear foot rest bracket, but for Kira's bike no need to ...

 

2; my sinnob chain need to cut 1 pc but most of you using Sinnob need not to also

 

3; now my rear hugger, for Kira's bike swee swee ngam ngam ho .. but mine due to the swing arm slightly shorter or the rear foot rest bracket is caving in, when scerwed tight, it touched the suspension and the tyre causing friction and may break or crack ...

 

Alternatively, Ah teck had to add on small bracket and angled it to have the hugger raised up and push more to the right side to have clearance. Thumbs to him.

 

DIY for sure always can if you have the proper tools just in case like mine .. hmm had to modify some parts ... say if you did not prepare the correct tools, end of the day you just get tired, hungry,thirsty and frustration while job unfinished. ... cry

 

Next cosmetic after hari raya wil be the rear fender .... have notify Ah teck to what to expect when shipment arrive hehehe

 

Same2 with the installation of my cosmetics I called them first stated we are coming with cosmetics to install .... hehehe

I shared becos of how funny and good the guy can impersonate not becos he is insulting filipinos..i think he dont think of insulting them also..and btw..Kumar does stand-up comedy at Hard Rock Cafe and also for dinner & dance functions..just check him up on youtube..he talk about race also...so take a chill pill ya...
