Regarding the chalet.. since there is diffcult to arrange the food for number of person... We decided to make it DIY-BBQ session.

 

those who want to go, please bring your own food drink for BBQ. (I think that the best way)

 

Also, can just attend for a chit-chat session.

Hi All, Need some help here. Got a problem with my idling speed. When start in morning is 1k rpm, then after a while engine dies off. So i adjust idling speed to 1.5k rpm and re-crank no problem, stays at 1.5k. . After riding for 20mins, idling speed become ard 2.8k rpm. Then at junction i adjust back to 1.5k rpm. After about 8 hours go start bike idling speed back to 1k rpm and engine dies off again... Any help? Anything to do with carb?

 

I too got the same problem. But I don't adjust the idling speed when the engine is still cold and that the reason your idling speed goes up to 2.8krpm. What I do when I start in the morning, after I start my engine, I increase the throttle a bit (until 1.2 - 1.5krpm) for 60 second and let go. Then the idling speed will back to normal.

yup,experience the same prob oso.. i did wat warhorse did also.. throttle a lil for about 1/2 to 1 minute, then ok liao..

 

i did wash the carb also, but din solve the problem too well..

somehow last time my mileage only 2000++km same symptons... when cold too low when hot too high ah the rpm so i take out n wash plus tuning. now constant at 1.3-1.5rpm.

 

maybe someone 1 2 be my guniea piggy i help u wash carb la but u lend ur carb space to try see aftermarket carb can fit in perfectly or wat mod need to be done to put in the aftermarket one... heehee.

 

I dun think i will organise DIY for carb washing cos my style is diff from shop. they got compress air to blow i dun have so muz use another method... which if u notice how shop wash carb u wun think my way is the correct way. so in order to prevent misunderstanding no DIY carb wash.

i went in n juz came back. minimum jam going in... only wait like 15-20 mins at spore custom to clear. jb no jam.

alot of cars going in but bikes mostly msians.

Coming out no jam oso but the AETOS very strict...
