For those who intend to change to KNN open air filter RC-1060 .. there's a guy named phantom 150 doing mo at sbf mo thread... price quite reasonable.

 

I did order mine and waiting for it to arrive hehehe... just a 'new' toy to play around on my ride .. hahahahahah

yes i can say that with a little bit of diy ... totalpet ride ug2 and have installed the knn rc 1060 on his ride. He told me that for his ride, the knn fit directly but the airbox needs to be cut a little ... how much a little .. mybe he can share with us here for ug2 riders ... hehehhe

 

Ug2 airbox is smaller than the ug3 and p200 ... at present alternatif is to have either knn open filter or like what haktek is using open port ... to have protec air filter it can't fit unless to have it cut the border and diy to it's correct size.

 

for ug3, ug4 n p200 .. either need to remove the whole box or cut the side portion to have the knn install fit directly as shown on youtube. To remove or to cut, the things that need attention is the air breather from the crank shaft to the air box, the main jet size and the A/F ratio tuning.

the cust service from deal extreme assure me is just postal delay due to hugh amount of post...

my other item(the arrow signal lights) which are posted out later than the mount already arrive liao...

 

will be going to view the cree lightings this wed

see if it will be a good enough lights for use on m'sia roads and heavy rain

way cheaper than vision x but not sure how powerful yet...

sian...this morning when i turned on the power my voltage is only 11.8v...then when riding the max it will go up to 14.2v...when stop at traffic light my voltage is 13.4v only...

sian...think is my batt going liao...

 

that is always my batt case.. lol.. maybe with the lights on la.. hahaha.. but then again.. with lights on.. i cant go up to 14.2v.. if so.. does that mean my batt already died? hahha.. i using dry cell anyway.. mine still goin good.. uncle mj one died faster in a few months.. mayb tooo much raccuuuunnn... LOL!

hehehe ... oh btw regards to my msg to you, reasons is i'm getting some modified original parts from my fb friend in india. I've contact lindavw to assist to contact his contractor to bring in from there ... if unable to than will need your favour to bring in the parts .... hope lindavw contractor managed to get from him there ...

 

oh .. the parts are a ported cv carburator slider and also a fast gear shifter pedal. The ported slider done personaly by my fb friend and the fast shifter is his latest project on pulsar. His fb nick is corepower and he is a well known mechanic in india. His next project is to mod the stock throttle system on pulsar. And oh btw too he did not ride pulsar but truely a fan of royal enfield. lol

 

this ported slider will come handy when using knn open filter with stock cv carburator ..... just for info to share here only lah .... hehehehe

 

and oh .. my knn rc-1060 have arrived and shall colllect it tmr .... hmmm and soon later than the real headache will start ... No sacrifies no victory ! hehehehe
