$70 is parking on pavement right? i tink riding is much higher? correct me if im wrong.. thnx..

If you dont ride up the pavement how can you park your bike on the pavement. Think should be the same, I honestly dont know.

 

Maybe parking on the pavement consist of 2 offenses, one for riding on pavement, second for parking on it. Just wondering.

depends who catch , uncle sam $140 plus 4 demerit...town council ... only pay cash no demerit, but if you bang the town council guy with no witness = no summon and no demerit!

any1 know how much the fine for parking on pathway? i saw a note on my IU unit from TP saying i parked on pathway then will receive letter soon. is there any demerit points for this also ?

 

weird la, around 8 bikes parked there, i check all of them, dont haf, only me kenna, lol -.-

Nah,i was caught riding by QX....lolx....$70 without demerit points.:)

sum it up:

 

parking on pavement $70, no points

riding on pavement - reckless riding, $140 + 4 points

 

depend on who catch u or if he's lenient, ur 'riding on pavement' can become 'parking on pavement'.

 

becareful where u park, even dead end roads can also kenna summon, but parking on pavement is better than parking on yellow line. :D

Accident can happen anytime, anywhere.

However ask yourself, do you want to fall at 120km/h or 60km/h?
