IU unit cant be detected in erp mscp.

erm dunno if you guys got encounter before.

i dunno if my IU unit is faulty anot cos i ride through erp gantry right. no problem with that it auto deduct money. but problem comes when i ride to erp mscp to park bike. the knn erp thing cannot detect my IU unit. the screen keep on display no IU detected. please advise me!

maybe it is your iu unit positioning? is it under your seat or sth? if it is spoilt and is under warranty, you can bring to those iu unit inspection centres for checking

no leh. but i go through erp gantry no problem at all. only at all erp mscp then i have problems. yah i going down VICOM to check. you think need money for checking?

check think dun need money ah.. if under warranty and they find it faulty, they would change a new one for you..

Need to mount ur IU on the right side of ur bike. Is urs on the ride ?

cos it can only detect left side of ur bike only.

the erp gantry is more powerful and scans a much wider area at varied angles. if it has been like dat since day 1, then most likely its the angle of your IU. u go vicom LTA they wun do anything except advise u to install at fugly n awkward parts of your bike. so wat u wan? chio or practical?

bro, mine is on the left side. most people say put it on the right can already. sian i try slanting my bike to the right, "aiming my iu to the reader" sometimes can work most of the time cannot then lanlan need to press the call button.

hahaha. i ask my mech if can switch the iu from left to right. he refuse to do it say likedat damn ugly liao. the screws all these exposed. go erp mscp always tio this problem damn dulan one.
