Hi Guyz,

 

A friend of mine, Kumar is organizing a trip to Koh Samui on the 16th May till the 19th May.

 

Basic Itinery

1. Leave Singapore on the 16/5/8 Time: 3.30pm

2. Reach Koh Samui on the 17/5/8 Time: 12.00pm (approximate)

3. Leave Koh Samui on the 19/5/8 Time 12.00 pm

4. Reach Singapore on time on target. Approximately 2.00 am 20/5/8

 

Note

In Koh Samui , free n easy. Booking of hotel through internet or walk in.

 

Bikes

Any type of bike but must be able to cruise @ abt 120km/h.

On average, every three days, 1 motorcyclist or a pillion die or is seriously injured in a traffic accident. Riding a motorcycle is dangerous enough. Riding recklessly is Suicidal.

IMHO, try to leave earlier on the 16th then can come back earlier on the 19th..then those who wanna go can have ample of rest b4 start work on 20th.

Petrol pump prices head up near 40 baht

 

 

(BangkokPost.com) – There’s no stopping petrol prices from going up. After Shell’s decision to hike prices of all kinds of petrol by 80 satang per litre effective on Wednesday morning, PTT has hinted that it, too, may be following suit.

 

 

PTT President Prasert Bunsumpun said an announcement to increase only the price of diesel by 50 satang per litre could be made within this week in line with rising global prices.

 

 

On Wednesday morning, prices on Shell pumps saw gasoline 95 selling at 38.39 baht per litre, benzene 91 at 37.29 baht per litre and gasohol at 34.39 baht per litre. Diesel is selling at 35.24 baht per litre.
