hw to check for the regulator huh?? actually rectifier n batt also quite hard to check got any method?? then skipper do overhual hw much?? cause previous riding my fireblade spend quite alot on changing alot of thing damn xiong le

regulator, gota use some measuring equipments to test on the batt.. see the numbers run till wad no. lor.. ask szwd... i don hav tt ting.. hehe

if few days nv touch the bike, & cannot press start, might be regulator spoil, cos last time mine lidat.. didnt charge & store electric in the batt mah.. so mus kick start..

 

chk on batt v easy niah.. use a bulb.. any bulb & use 1 long piece metal, connect to the bulb, + to +, - to - . if the bulbs lights up strong, means the batt still working lor.. my dad show mi b4..

 

if ur bike is ok, den ur rectifier is ok ..

i dono how to take out tt one & chk ..

hope my infos help a bit ..

the actual way is to use a multimeter to check the charging.if charging is less then or overcharging,could be the rectifier spoil liao.if no charging,could be the stator spoil liao.......

some say good skippers can go 100++

bukit merah that area can try maybe ...

ah... now i remember seeing ppl using light bulbs to check charging. This is the traditional way of checking battery charging when use of multimeter wasnt that common by the veteran mechanics years ago.

ya lor. . recently i went to 1 bikeshop, dono which part spoil, he oso use bulb to check my batt .. den not batt spoil ..

giving away two exhaust pipe for skipper

need to weld the head part connect to the centre part one

just need to weld

hmm...usable still~ welding cost $15 at most motorshop

or weld it urself

collect at jurong west

pm me for detail

or post down here thx alot

i got the broken part also so just need to weld it
