Require to renew road tax after accident?

My uncle got into a accident with his spark and another car. He is not in a condition to ride and his bike is park at his carpark. His bike inspection is due soon but he is unable to ride and the bike is confirm cannot pass inspection now (Bent handlebar damage signal light etc). He doest want to send to workshop for repair yet until he is well again. Can he do the inspection and insurance coverage for this period until he is well and the bike is repaired?

 

Any bros experience this before?

Perhaps you can suggest to your uncle to lay up his spark in his carpark and he do not need to send for inspection or renew road tax or insurance.... You can even help to submit on his behalf....It cost just 5.35 and his IC.

So according to TS, the laws and rules of vehicle ownership in Singapore DEPENDS ON HIS UNCLE MEDICAL CONDITION, MOOD AND SONG or not feeling of sending his bike for mandatory inspection and tax renewal? lolololol
