when i use my front brake, my bike will jerk in and out, hard to explain but its sort of like the front fork sinking in and out. how come ar, is that a sign of warpped disk brake or?

initially i tot its the engine knocking or something but after trying the brakes afew more times in the carpark i realise when i apply front brake this will happen. majiam like i am applying brake and releasing it every 1 second and applying again but im actually holding it all along.

any idea what wrong with it?

he told me disc brake abit warp, i change the disk and rear and front brake pad as well, now alot better, guess will be better after the brake pad bites in. but quite cheap leh, the disc brake was 140+ nia, i tot daelim parts very expensive heng haha, the disc pad 20+ each. now the bike is better, loving it wahha. wanted to install crashbar too, but he dont know what is crashbar. xeno where u get the book one ar? i see other pp service dont have one haha, somemore i see the mech test ride bike dam steady sia, u turn at the tiny corner with ease 0.0

i didnt get into the accident because of the brake, more like my misjudgement, glad didnt get ran over at aye because of that -_-. bike didnt get any damage at all, amazing. the idac pp also laugh at me when i show them the paper license instead of the card think i need to practise abit more in carpark

bro, think your bike also need a checkup liao. either brake pad, disc brake or low idling speed

i read it somewhere that when idling speed is at bare mininium level, when do hard braking the engine will start knocking like engine wanna die like that. some bikes the engine knocking sound and feel quite soft (its either mine or bbdc bike knocking sound are way too loud) so its slightly feel like fork is sinking in and out

Alamak. I didn't know the front disc brake warp. :slapforehead: $140 quite cheap. Brake Pad 20+ each also quite reasonable.

You explain to him the crashbar loh, like protect the bike, will stick out where and where. Draw peekture. :cheeky:

The book CKA at Kaki Bukit give me. Maybe next time can go down and get from them, since Kaki Bukit outlet, I think its the main one among all of them.

Most importantly get quality brakepads and change ur wheel bearing every time u change ur tires.
