Daelim Roadwin r125(SG) can be also 125r

different extra variations: EFI, FI, 125R.

the day before yesterday had a monsoon typhoon like rain, the heaviest i ever been in. The wind was so strong i could feel it push me whenever there was a gust. Quick scary but good experience...if i was on the r125 and already like that. R15 if light, waahhh..i think i become a kite..wheeeeeeeee....

Been wondering where the spark plug is..can any kind soul point me in the correct direction..anybody use revtec or broquet b4..

for easy access to the sparkplug, you need to remove your right fairing. as to where is it located, its obvious but difficult to explain online. pointing at it would be easier. haha

Why? R15 not as good a ride?

r15 too light haha

what he said. it's light to me. maybe im used to Daelim's weight.

apart from that, R15 don't have the "wow" factor like Daelim.

all my friends (girls especially) have been asking why i sold away my red bike. ):

Hi bros! Have any of you experienced any resistance while throttling? This few days I have been experiencing some resistance when i throttle to a higher RPM. maciam like one to die off. and sometimes also she'll just die off when i'm waiting for the green light. I got my injector cleaned yesterday but the problem is still there. i replaced my battery 4 months ago, so i dun think its because of that. Any kind bros got any suggestions or advice? Thanks alot!

ssylm7: have you warm up your bike before riding? its important for fuel injected bikes to be warmed up about 3mins? if you don't warm up then chances are the bike will die from idling after riding. happened to me before. if waiting 3mins is too long for you, i recommend when u first reach ur bike to just start it and take your time to wear helmet/jacket or put stuff in box if u have. By the time your done u can move off.

Try to not go over 5k rpm before reaching 2 bars in temp.

btw, try and u should notice abit more difference as well as if i not wrong when u shift down, your gears should not 'slam' down if they do.

crazygig89: errr this one is a very complicated problem, i recommend you go to Roy and tell him about this. should be classified as 'engine cut off'. i believe you were traveling on the highway at 'high' speed like 80-100km/h? then after awhile seems to lose speed no matter how much u increase throttle.

To 'temp fix' the problem, what you do this when its safe, clutch in, let the engine die(it will die) then try to re-start the engine, it will take quite a few cranks to get it back up, when it starts up, the power is restored, throttle up and re-engage the clutch(slowly).

i believe previous forumers say its due to either side-stand switch or air-filter taking in too much vapour. but im really not sure.

i still recommend Roy to check it for you

Thanks bro! It was really scary the first time it happened and i was on the 1st lane of the expressway. Btw ssylm7, I do experience your problem before when i stop at the red light. and it still persists till now. but like what fleas say, warming up your bike is very important. Shall head back to CKA on Wednesday to get it fixed. Thanks for your input!

Hi fleas,

your advice is really crucial for me. Thanks! This is my first FI bike =| n yeap crazygig89, I did go down to HQ and they change my fuel pump and air filter which was a k&n from prev owner. they did say to warm up for at least 5mins before riding off.

I usually left it to warm up for abt 2.5-3mins. n yes, the first red light, down gear it died. okays i will take note of ur tips regarding the 5k mark. thou still running in, i kinda rev hard, 7k mark then chge gear..i notice also if i change at 3 or 4 it will take an ice age for the speedo to go up ( sometimes at 5th gear im still 50-60kmh)

still getting used to it. thank you!
