Oh i just changed my box then checked my wheel. Luckily it didnt move. Cause i just changed bearing, was kinda worried so fast damage it liao

good to hear its fine! mine was bad enough to cause an irritating creaking sound at low speed and cause brake drag!

operate a vehicle in a way that you benefit other road users pls - and meanwhile, stop whining! be responsible and be safe.

good to hear! mine bearing caused the brakes to drag after that and made random metal screeching sounds at low speed!

Yeah but gearbox bearing need change when i overhaul again. Seems to be seizing soon. When at low speed can feel it dragging (bike jerks forth and back) and creaking noise. At high speed got grong grong grong noise when i clutch in and coast. Bearing confirm cui alr.

Where do i lubricate/oil if my key can't turn to start almost every morning or after not riding for a few days?

try rubbing pencil lead across the contact points of the key or run a drop of light sewing machine oil over the key contact?

tried spraying WD40 into the keyhole? if it helps, u can go get a dry-type lubricant like GT85. i get mine from mustafa. it leaves a dry film unlike the oily residue from WD40 and withstands rain/washing better.

Did that already bro. Problem came back again. Must be either rainy season or time to upgrade! Bike's 11-years old but still good though.

Wack wd40 in the key hole at different angles and let it soak.

Worst case scenario, change ignition or try using the spare key. Could be the key points gets wear and tear over time.

Also, avoid dangling keys to the ignition as it could cause such problems.

Hope this helps

Bike can't Engine Brake. Anyone knows? Scrolled through the thread and had difficulty locating it if it was brought up.

I don't have to throttle - bike just moves. Comes with some notorious vibrations at lower gears.

sounds like ur clutch slipping. no engine brake because nt enuf friction on the clutch to slow ur engine down. u nv throttle move is also a sign ur clutch is going soon.

I think so. A few years ago. Went to planet and chong told his mech to change something for the bike. It was a "by the way" thing. I was actually there to service the forks.

carb needs to be adjusted. in the meantime, maybe just increase the idling abit.

Hi Guys, my ta200 is emitting white smoke after I start to rev, and it will continue. No smoke when I start engine. Anyone knows if its gonna be expensive to repair?

huh serious. shag. but last night i saw like no more again lol.

if yr piston rings are really gone yr engine oil will be consumed quite fast. try monitoring the EO level first.

Anyone here has done valve adjustment before? The valve/tappet clearance thingy. If so where you guys did it? I need to do mine, valves getting noisy and bike is incredibly hard to start without trottling a little.
