hmm.. wielding sound not so good..become 80% reliable compare to original.

Bro, change a new 1 or try find some second hand which suspension still usuable. My 2 cents of thought...

u tried welding b4? do u know 1 tag weld can take how much load? and for different metals got to use different types of welding.

At least tried on my bike radiator, costing 80 to wield and it last only 2 months or so. Load wise i dunno, as i never wield the suspension before. You like to highlight us?

previously got similiar probs, is due to fuel line being twist half when mechanic close my cover after servicing... luckily he replaced for me free

No wonder! Fuel pump spoiled only after first 1000km servicing by HL. You know how dangerous it was when my bike stalled at the middle of a heavy traffic light junction? Almost knock down by big lorry!

Hmm.. Great to see your post here then. But got symptom like fuel throttle on and off right? At least my fuel line had that last time. i start filter to a safe place. think got 30 secs to react if you not going very fast.

well... ya will only spot a YP400 very once in a while. the most common is piaggio class and next in the line for YP400's popular friend will be silverwing.

have been riding a YP400 for almost a year le, FC is slightly better than S4. for my opinion in singapore environment, i guess all the scooter riders prefer comfort & travelling in style when riding than for speed. beware though, the YP400 can still pack quite a punch... :)

Last change he use Motul, but I donno which grade.. He also change every 2k or so, I also tell him waste money.. Haha.. Will try convince him to drag his oil change interval longer, no point wasting money if the oil is still good..
