The shop wanted SGD10K. So plus all the insurance and road tax, the OTR price is SGD 11K.

I know it is a little too expensive (SGD 1K for the insurance of my age and road tax), but then my friend who works there as a sales promised a pair of new tyres and brake hose.

The only thing lacking now is a main-stand which I hope it is not too expensive (Sorry, I am not sure about the price of a main-stand, but I am looking at only SGD 100+ to install if possible) to install.

Got used to parking my rides my main-stand, so now, this FZ6 is without a main-stand, I am looking at installing one if it is not too expensive.

Any kind souls here knows about the price and also, I know it sounds stupid, whether I can install a main-stand on a "naked" FZ6?

It's too ex. Esp it's a N model, not S model. Gt the OEM main stand is better and easier to use. You are trapped by the little tricks use by the bukit merah lanes, rite?

Thanks for your encouragement.

Just keeping my fingers crossed about everything goes well and I can get my ride soon. Then I will not get "bullied" like now, when cars "sticks" to my "backside" every time I am on the road with my little lamb... Damnz fed-up... Why do they always bully riders on small lambs? We pay our road taxes too.

I alway enjoy riding my little lamb..esp during peak hours daily.

Past rides are already history....

Current ride: FW VFR 800 ABS

Yah, in a way, sort of "trapped" since the day when I had to downgrade from my Viffer as I still have quite a lot of instalments left.

Anyway, like I said in my previous posts, can't and shall not look back liao... Just got to look forward to enjoy the new ride, if nothing goes wrong. :)

You still on your Viffer or you have change to FZ too? :)

FZ6 still can squeeze through traffic during peak hours, right??

I think it will definitely be much better than my previous-previous-previous ride, the Yammie Fabulous-Joy-Ride where I totally had no chance but to occupy one car space during traffic jams. :)

seah, time to join the fazer family.. welcome welcome! :cheer:

FZ1 have no problem doing lane-splits at expressways, but much can't really be said for squeezing thru to the front at traffic lights. sometime can, sometime cannot.

fazer are not like 2b bikes which are so nimble and agile..

hope to see u at LKS!

Yes, I agree. Without the side panniers, FJR also can squeeze between two cars, but with extreme care if the two cars are the "fatter" types... :)

definitely squeeze-able.. and easier than viffer.. I THINK, cause i dun hav chance to squeeze thru traffic on a viffer.. but judging by the posture, fazer should have a better riding position to squeeze thru..

400+ for 2 "metal legs"?? :faint: :faint: :faint:

Yes, Sir, I understand. It just keeps rolling and rolling and rolling (it is worse than the rolling of interests of the loansharks) while the value of the bike keeps on depreciating and depreciating and depreciating...

Actually I am left with 2 more instalments for my current ride and wanted to trade in for something 2nd hand which can break even with the "eat-back" price of my current ride, then I need not be carrying on paying instalments.

But guess I was too naive as that can never happen.

I have told myself to keep this bike even after I finish paying all my 2 years of instalments to break away from all these sh*ts of the bike shops. Just have to endure another 24 months...

Thanks very much for your valuable advice.

Sorry, a bit :offtopic: here.

Tues and Thurs MT is considered as very minimum liao.

You should take a look at some of the ladies at V@nd@.

They are there 4 times a week.

We pay SGD 200 a month for unlimited sessions. If we can take it, we can attend the 6pm session, then follow by the 730pm session, Mondays to Fridays. :)

But the 6pm session on Friday evenings are for sparring, which we can attend too.

My bag of old bones cannot take it, so I only attend Tues and Thurs sessions. :)

But it is in fact a very good work-out session.

Since I started from the 2nd week of Jan till now, together with the cutting of rice intake, I have shred off at least 2kg and am feeling lighter and a bit fitter now. kekeke... :)

icic.. excellent stuff.. you will definitely get fitter! 6pm sessions on fri sounds interesting.. but i think i not up to std.. haha..
