can anyone tell me wats the current market price for a used FZ6 S2 ? Lets say FBD plate ... Know any shops selling ?

 

Hi bro, I just purhcase mine fbd with ABS @ bike production for 12.5k. Btw there are 2 fz6s2 selling in bike mart @ 10k. Do check both out man. All the best for ur hunt for such wonderful ride

is putting a topbox only for fz1 '06 nice? coz im stuck betwn side box n top box bcoz of traffic jam..

side box cant really squeeze in.. n bcoz for touring(wind resistant) cmpared to side box..

help me to decide.......

side box can squeeze but requires good judgement...however based on my experience only 5-10% of the time u cant squeeze cause of the lane widths being too small or the road is jam.......

 

this one cant help u decide how many box u want...for me 2 side box also not enough...some even have top and side also not enough put bag in front...

 

btw anybody can advice where and how to d/l maps for garmin gps??.. planning to get a garmin US set soon..

bro, not really exactly true... mine 2010 model is getting 12km/L to 15.5km/L base on throttle happiness...

anyway, if u r looking for good FC machines, a 1000cc bike should not be in ur consideration point cus 99% of the 1000cc bikes are not FC happy...

still stuck in my shift work pattern which covered tuesdays for some time:faint: but enjoying my ride with that big baby bird.the only thing i miss now was my missing main stand which i like to use....

baby bird....?? hmmm. i do admit main stand is useful, but ever since i have taken it out i have not put it back before, otherwise cleaning lubing, pumping air and parking in tight spaces are more convenient.

if i am not wrong, the gen 2 birds cannot attach main stand:( only gen 1 birds comes with main stand. and the most serious problem with the side stand was it will roll off its stand if slight uneven ground and kiss the ground:cry: must parked with gear engaged in 1st gear.

i ever nearly had this bird of prey set off it's side stand by itself and rolled off a gentle slope and land on a kerb at a open car park.managed to stopped it in time.think i would prefer to handle a rooster than a falcon::

hi guys.. im intending to get a 2nd hand fz6s bike..

 

i did survey some shop and particular fall for dis fz6 s2 grey original paintwork bike..

 

its milage is 20400 on its odomometer, registered on march 2009 and selling at 10.3k.

 

i did read this forum and managed to gather some information, bt theres still some question i jope u fazerians could ans..

 

1) is the odometer in miles or KM? if it is km, 20400km is consider gd for a mar 09 bike?

2) wads the diff btwn fz6 s1 and fz6 s2 bikes? i heard s2 bikes is much more stable.. not sure nid ur guys opinion.?

3) i intend to get a LV pipe aluminium for 939, will these effect the FC.. cz FC matters to me dats y i decided to get fz6 dis time round. so far i read it only effect the sound.. is this true?

4) wads the top comfortable speed fz6 could easily achieved and wads the top speed of the bike?

 

i hope u guys could ans some of my qns and hope to be part of the fazer family.
