Hi guys, wanna ask if anyone of you modified your bike by removing the airbox? My guess that it's on the "dark side" of vicom? Hahaha.. Any advise of where to do it?

and oversteer is when you hit the wall with the rear of the car.

Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall,

torque is how far you take the wall with you.

not many oem full fairing fz6 around. anyway i just replied to your pm. cheers.

Hi guys, got a small question here, I was cruising abt 120-130kmh when suddenly the check engine light turned on. Upon seeing the light i reduce the speed to abt 90-100 and after abt 30sec the light turned off... was wondering if its becoz my EO change is bout to due or has anyone ever experience it before? BTW i'm riding a '12 FZ1. Thanks

Fazers doesn't have such functions to notify you when your bike is due for servicing like BMWs or Ducatis.. hahaha.. :D

 

anyway, you got take a look at your owner's manual?

 

Engine trouble warning light

This warning light comes on or flashes if a problem is detected in the electrical circuit monitoring the engine. If this occurs, have a Yamaha dealer check the self-diagnosis system. (See page 3-11 for an explanation of the self-diagnosis device.)

The electrical circuit of the warning light can be checked by turning the key to “ON”. The warning light should come on for a few seconds, and then go off.

If the warning light does not come on initially when the key is turned to “ON”, or if the warning light remains on, have a Yamaha dealer check the electrical circuit.

or if you are referring to your EO, it should be the Oil level warning light. This warning light comes on if the engine oil level is low.

Ok thanks a lot for the info, seems like its a 1 off incident, I've been monitoring the situation for a few days but so far never occur again... Will get it check out!

B4 Coe expired.may I know what's the reasonable price to pay for the bike.I dun wan to get chop fr
