Hi guys, may I know where I can get fz6s gen 2 fairings? Or crash bar at least?

And I'm getting a fz6s on Monday. Is there anything I have to look out for? Any servicing need for me to do! Bike is about 64k mileage.

there are two types of full fairings in the market for fz6s, oem or powerbronze..

oem go agent to inquire or go oversea accessories webs to search..

powerbronze go biketech21 to inquire or go oversea accessories webs to search..

crash bar, there are many types available, try google first, tell us what brand u looking for and we will try to direct u..

nothing much in particular to look out for.. just look out for the usual things like how u look out for in your previous bikes..

servicing wise, try check your owner's manual for recommended maintenance checks..

Greetings every one.

Just got my FZ1S recently and would like to have some opinions or advice from those riding this model ( if possible).

The the bike temp tends to rise very fast 94-97C while riding (80-90) and up to 107C while stopping.

Fyi, i just did a coolant flush & currently using the normal coolant from the shop. For EO, i'm using 20/40 as told by the mech.

Any help here, as the heat can be unbearable even in jeans especially on the left side.

Thanks in advance.

Normal. I assume you are still running in that's why ure temp quite high? Should be slightly better after running in period. Anyway apart from the fz6 the 8 &1 heats up quickly. Counter measure is just to ride fast.

Yatz86 sorry forgot to mention mine is a 2006 model grey

if u r talking about slow riding which temp built up to 80°C to 90°C, it is normal..

if u r talking about fast riding and temp built up to that, it's abnormal.. if so, do check your cooling system..

107°C while stopping on a traffic light is a little bit on the high side too..

Dear bros

Where can I get a bellypan/lower ferring for my fz 600 09 model? Can't seem to find around these parts.

check my replies to varian.. it's the same for lower/full fairing..

for bellypan, it's similar to his inquiry on crash bar..

Hi, I just got my Fazer F6 Mar07 model, my first Class 2 bike. I experience 97 degrees Celsius while idling at traffic lights at night and not so jam. If day time traffic jam, will it be worst?. Never expect so hot man. Thanks in advance.

Just sent bike for servicing. Informed by mechanic the temp is ok and as long as fan starts around 100 degrees Celsius and it's ok. Met a couple of FZ1 owners who iinformed their bike's temp is up to 108 degrees Celsius! So guess it's normal after all for Fazers with high temperature :)

Hi guys, there is some issues i need help and advice with.

I recently just gotten myself a FZ6s from a private sales owner (A).

This owner(A) previously re-loaned this bike from another person(B) and he COI the bike.

So the bike was previously under hire-purchase from a reputable reloan bike shop at Serangoon Road.

Previous owner(A) cleared his instalments last year and didnt went to take the master key from the shop.

I bought over the bike and called the shop asked about the master key. The shop says "it's not with them"

Neither previous owners (A) or (B)

So what can i do? Bring it up to CASE?

i will be heading down with previous owner(A) later to ask for it.

I can't possibly change the whole ignition kit with all the locks (bike seat, helmet lock) which is very costly.

i want the master key so that i can make duplicates. The bike key ionised, so i can't possibly duplicate it at any locksmith like my previous 2b bikes.

Embrace your dreams and always strive hard towards it.

these days even night time also dammn hot lo.. hahaha..

108°C is too high! the max i got is at 106°C at mid day when i temporary off & on my bike under hot sun.. i never exceed 103°C while idling at traffic junctions.. temperature too high isn't good for your engine / coils etc..

Hi Boss, I believe you are using a lithium battery for your FZ1. May I know the brand and model no. Also, what is the voltage of the battery at rest? Any feedback on your battery will be much appreciated.

:thumb: I'm using a Ballistic also. 12-cell. Already used it for 6 months. When I first got it, It read 13.24 volts at rest. Now it only reads 13.22 volts. I feel it is a bit low for a lithium battery. So, have you ever measured your battery voltage at rest?
