Bought my bike from ASP Changi...i have no bad experience with the ppl there. Maybe different place diff lor...maybe u can complain to the boss directly. I dun think its fair to boycott ASP just bcoz of one irresponsible soul.

Just my 2 cents...

ya lah they r like tat one me one of asp srgoon customer too..they try to chop me when i wan to sell my bike back(break even)price and asking too much..but if i wan to trade with another bike from their shop they give me gd price...poor sales ethics..

ASP changi is the head office.. wilson, Ah di , Ah boy are some guys who seemed more interested in business and customer care.. but still when u do your bike there you must really look hard at the things done.. for example my paint work ,, i was charged over 500 for a 2 tone paintwork but still there were laqour blots haiz.. had to wait super long.. sometimes i wonder if big companys are unable to fully take care of their customers due to the high level of people there. perhaps smaller bike shops do better?

To bikers and TS,

Ppl just do not feel the pain unless they have been bitten.

I think TS only want to remind such things happen.

Do make sure all issue discuss properly.

Even shop managers and supervisors also the same, not only the salesman.

been a supporter to ASP for 3 years... got a 4th bike from them recently... it depends alot on the knowledge you have.. ask around before you decide which shop to purchase your bike from... Simple thing is just quote the best offer you were given to em to see if they are able to give you a better offer..

i belive all sales man will wanna make as much commission as possible(who dosnt) so at time you have to forgive em but if you show that u know your stuff den they just have to be very honest with you...

As for ASP bad customer service or whatever i belive if you ride down to wilson and complain to him i belive he will be more then willing to help you.

Anyway isnt it harder to manage so many branches just comparing to one Looi's branch...(no offence though)

Posted

I am not saying all branches are bad. It has several factors that might contribute to the experience between the customers and the sales people. sometimes it also depends on the mood of the salesperson that day. I believe every shops received their good and bad compliments. When i give feedbacks, i do hope it is not use as a weapons but more for a life experience. My single experience is not fair to determine the quailty of the shop. Moreover, if the shop is really terrible then it wouldn't be ablt ot open so many branches. Everything does have pros and cons.

Forgive, and you will be forgiven -Christ
