XR400 question

Hi guys,

 

some problem/questions need to be solve.

 

1) vibration (at 40km/h) handle n seat. what r the ways i can reduce them so my butt n balls wont feel numb.

Online found out - loosen and tighten all engine mount screws or rubber mount

 

Does shock and fork plays a part?

My rear is very soft, the adjuster nut is adjust almost to the top since day 1 i had the bike.

Front fork seems stiff and when bring bike upright, the front like drop down ....seem not right.

Tire is D604, still new

Steering cone changed.

small box behind.

 

So Rebuild front n rear -> new seal, new oil, new spring

will this solve my problem?

 

2) Hot, Heat engine. feel my leg hair is burning......and scared of my sperm count.

Stock jetting. 162/62, twinair filter. LAB oil filter

might do a top end overhaul to resolve it as it drink engine oil very fast now. btw where to bring for rebore/honing?

 

else what r other methods for the heat issue? does the oil cooler malfunction, ways to check?

 

going to top overhaul soon. to be continue....

 

3) Where can i wrap the seat with the original wording of XR400 on it?

so nice to see on xr400
