Which shock brand is gd..

I went to many gd bike shop that service suspension. As usual each shop have their own brand that they support. I was thinking of servicing my rear shock; They say they can add in 3rd party parts.

Thus which brand is value for money??

In my opinion, there is no need to change 3rd party parts, just go for a routine service to change out the oil and seals. Also make sure the mechanic check that the compression and rebound pistons shims are dismantled, cleaned and examined.

 

If the original spring is not suitable for you, can also take this chance to change out the spring. If spring okie, just leave it as it is.

 

Once the shock is reassembled, test it out on the spot by bouncing your bike with both maximum damping and minimum damping to see if damping circuits are working fine.

How long does it take to service our rear shock? 1-2hours? 1/2 a day? how much does it cost to service rear shock?? Im using Hyper-Pro for my bike, which shop should i go?
