Well as of today my bike is running ok, but just wondering what was exactly the problem. Suspect someone "played" with the bike but what kind of idiot would do that. Super 4 handle lock mah.

Anyway this is the story.:shades:

Yesterday morning, when i start my bike as per normal, it didn't start.

Realise that the main switch is off (i never switch it off), and upon switching it back on, realise that the headlight is on high beam (was on normal beam when i park the night before)

Bike cranks a few times without starting, after 3 cranks or so it totally die.

Now thinking is it the battery? Is it rectifier?

But my revtech light still blinking, but all other lights on bike off. Not even the hiss light or neutral is on. So batt should have power right?

Anyway, last night my friend came by with a new batt. After changing batt everything ok. But my concern, is there a major problem with bike lying somewhere unsolved. Can the batt just die overnight?

Hope someone here can help me solve this mystery......o_O

Bike got no problem. I also encounter the same thing. After changing battery, check the charges not so ok so was told to remove the revtec and run for a few days. Until now no problem.

Did your Trip meter reset to Zero ? If its Zero then your battery is out.. Also require to check. U may sent your batt for charging and if it still dont start then your battery is fried, gone, kaput. Most probably your Rectifier is not working and overcharged the battery. Better sent it to reputable mechanic to check your problem.. If it is the Rectifier then the battery hav to change too..
