Another little car trying to look aggressive when it's not even remotely close to being mildly fierce. And it's an OPC.

 

I'm sorry for being direct, but these type of cars have owners which are normally the ones you see tailing people's ass from one car to the next car to the next bike to the next car to the next bus to the next lorry and the list goes on... until the day the driver wakes up or when the car challenges the tree.

 

They do not belong the the type who go for OPC because it's more financially sound but rather they just couldn't afford the normal black plated car.

Seen ah beng lorry lose traction with a whole load of foreign workers behind on PIE during a heavy downpour? Spectacular stunt that the traffic behind all stopped to let the lorry settle down before anyone dares to approach it. It was very fortunate that none of the workers fell out of the lorry.

Well... that's why many people locally don't realise the importance of having modern sophisticated technology on their lorries. They think it is not a sum worth spending on. Probably they think that their goods and people who are being ferried behind do not worth the money put in.

Don't tell you what my current ride is... It's just a small ride not worth mentioning.

old one was quite ok. excellent handling. But I don't like it when the ESP cannot be shut off and the power+transmission was disappointing. The tiptronic gearshift lag was too significant. The new one is a lot more powerful and faster. And I can disable the ESP. Makes it even more exciting and challenging. Without the electronics correcting my driving, I managed to cut down by 3 secs. Receiving training from someone so expected to cut down even more... hopefully. (fingers crossed)

it's just a VW Golf GT. Nothing compared to some of the rest may own here. Affordable for me to own with the minimum loan and a modest maintenance cost. Good enough for my track usage and daily transport or touring up North. And I can easily get technical info of the car from the place I work.
