Thats why after sometime ppl find not save and cause alot of accidents then they come out with 2 mirrors lor. Same theory everywhere. Last time also no need helmet de hahaha. last time old english time cars no doors also leh.

precisely... after countless accidents the manufacturers realise the need for 2 mirrors on each vehicle & they really come in handy

how i use bike got a centre rear mirror like car hahahaha. Joking la hahaha no time to see the centre one liao.

another trend is having only the right side of the mirror.. left side dun have.. mostly seen on kups.. i simply dun understand also.. there was once my right mirror broke.. had to ride a short distance to get it replaced.. wah not used to it at all.. and i put those blindspot mirrors as well..

 

yea lor, y they need right side n not the left?

 

is it because they are filtering to faster moving vehicles that are on their right?

 

what abt when they filter to the left?

mirrors wont piak the car?

 

if u look at the majority of bikes, how many have mirrors wider than the handlebars itself??

 

if the mirrors dont piak the cars, the handlebars will.

and if the handlebars piak the cars, this is one thing u cannot fold back

 

my bike's like a cat, it big mirrors r like wiskers. if u know cats, they squeeze thru drains n use their wiskers to guage their surroundings, so they wont' get stuck in narrow corners.

 

if i'm not careful, my mirrors will piak the mirrors of cars, thus always cautioning me to keep alert. however i learnt my lesson last time when i broke someone's mirror, i keep them loose enough that if there's a big impact, it'll just swing inwards, not causing major damage.
