wont it eat up too much of ur battery ?.

 

can wat if during cold days.. will u be able to start ur bikE?

i mean like after a big raining or trying to start ur bike 1am in the morning when it is cooling.. will it be hard to warm up the bike? ))

 

I did mine at K&T..i asked him to take the thermostat out. my voltmeter shows at 12,w/o my headlights on.. on both will be 11.5! so not too bad,the fan owas on..its good.

 

Morning wen i start bike,i have to hold my throttle for awile,if not will die. long distance,the fan helps alot,oni wen jam,thats where my balls becum tako balls and hotdogs lor..hahah

hey bro... abt e thermostat....... e fan doesnt stay on all the while.... still as per normal.... it will turn on wen it is abt half or slightly more.....the thing is tat ur temperature wont shoot up fast... most of the time it will ard half or below unless wen ur in a jam or sumthin.... regardin startin e bike in after cold weather.... erm... i normally pull my choke up... after 20 secs i turn it off.... then let it warm up....

So if i taking the thermostat off. means it will always be regulating the coolant flow right?.. i hope it wont do any harm or reduce life span of any parts.. ?

its at the bikeshop at defu lane there.. doing the claiming of insurance..

Thermostat and fan are 2 seperate systems.

 

Thermostat regulates rate of coolant flow while fan uses forced convection to cool your radiator.

 

Before the fan is turned on, your thermostat is already fully opened.

 

No problems of warming up in Singapore
