alot of ppl said BT090 not so good cos its very slippery during rain and its doesn't grip well in dry too. GPR70 would be recommended by most cos it grips well in wet and dry and its cheap too. Me currently using Pirelli MTR Dragons, quite ex but very good in dry and wet still all rite. Pirelli dragon wears faster cos the tyre pressure always need to maintain. Metzeler MEZ1s' grips as good as pirelli but it last longer.

anyone using sportec M1? heard its very sticky but wears very fast. Does it have 150 for rear? Cos my pirelli is 160...

hey, im using Sportec M1 size 150 rear.

iz like your pirelli lor, very sticky in dry and still ok in wet. as for wear rate, well...

i changed last year early december.... now May liao, my fren was shocked to see my tires still like new.... " WAA! u change new tires again ah?" "No la, iz the same ones u saw in December lah."

hehehe..... think it can last me till middle of next year man.

Seems like a great choice.. actually me wanted to chnage to m1 last dec to.. but chose gpr70 instead. Find gpr70 is great on dry road but SCMI on wet road.. quite prone to skid.

Wat do users of gpr70 think?

2002 - 2003 Honda NSR SP 150

2003 - 2005 Honda RVF 400

2004 - 2006 GSX-1300R Hayabusa

2008 - ? Yamaha FZ 600

Guys,my high beam/low beam got problems.Cannot switch to low beam.Initially problem was solved when my mechanic opened up the switch unit and did something.Said that the connection for low beam had melted.Did something temporary but he said have to change soon.Anybody got spare switch for sale? Now my RVF running on high beam all the time. But i remove one of the headlight connections for the time being.Pls help..Or if you experience this b4 and got other solutions?

hmm.. u can try go back to ur mech ask them to fix it again, cos no point changing new switch unit cos tat time i change new one and less than a month the HI/LOW beam switch melted again, its a small metal piece tat melt and got it fix FOC. Was told tat i'm not using original rvf light buld tat why it melt easily.. since then i hardly use the high beam button unless really need it, usually i'll just use the passing light.

RVF Beng aka Benson used to install on his bike.

u can PM and ask abt his 1st hand experiences with the cheetah alarm he had.

IMHO....invest in a good U-LOCK instead.
