hi everyone, can check with u guys ar.. recently my rvf gt this funny sound of like *wong wong wong* ? or something like that.. when i am riding fast.. haha.. i dunno what is making this funny sound cuz all the way dun have untill only recently.. anybody know can help me?

 

Ur description is quite vague. Does this sound get faster as u throttle etc? If the sound appears consistent at constant speed n gets faster at acceleration, its nth to worry abt. I'm not sure if U r referring to this type as mentioned though. reason of sound occuring : Too consistent in speed travel causes ur piston heads to move linearly within the block. Hence, a certain pressure is built up and maintained. Usually, its advised to vary ur speed for proper piston motion delivery. I'm not going in depth to explain this.

 

What I've said might not be the cause coz I really dont understand ur "wong wong" sound well though. I assume this is the one.

how long it take for tyre to cool dowN?cOS usually reach station tyre warm le .

 

Around 1hr to be sure..But what i do is i pump over the pressure which i want..Prob around 3-4psi extra, ride home, adjust the pressure the next morning using a pressure gauge..

maybe need to wash carb and tuning.

 

I serviced before but the engine sound still exist, so i reckon it's normal and everything goes well from feb till now.

 

Well.. when i wash my carb and tuning then i will know.

 

 

For your case, shouldnt be any problem if it's never give u any major problem during the wong wong wong sound comes.. Might be normal too as what asan had said previously..

 

For safety reason, u might wana consider going to the bike shop to check it out.. maybe previous owner install turbo?

Define service. Lot of ppl have diff opinions on servicing methods. Less than a mth service consists of what items replaced etc? The sound comes from the right/left side? Got many reasons. Push it to the shop n check.

anyway guys y after i pump my tyre 240kpa front 260 kpa back when i corner i felt e bike wun go down onE?instead e handle bar turned abit . last time my tyre i think front and back 300++ kpa (as tyre stat 42PSI?) my bike veri easy to swing downwards leh. why aH?
