Creating ext for cms

Hi Guyz,

I'm looking for someone to help me with the above. This is for my fyp and I have limited knowledge to create ext. I need help badly as I need to submit my fyp by the end of the year. I have not used ExtJS (??) before but looking at their website, isn't it as simple as dragging-and-dropping what you want onto a new webpage and you adding dummy 'co-curriculum' information onto it?
