Helloo Strommers, I got 1 Rjays touring jacket upz for grab.. Size is XL but fits me like XXL. Comes with elbow n shoulder pad (not armour). Bought frm fellow forumer here but I never had e chance to use it for riding. Too big for me... Letting go at $70. Viewing can be done @ Bkt batok, No obligations. I'm back.... safe n sound...

 

we were back 7pm last nite. :angel:

 

great trip as a first timer to 3ncr.

 

the convoy from hatyai to surat thani was very well organised. it was heart warming to see so many bikes riding together for a good cause.

 

will repeat that again. but uncle barns was right, dont have to cover the full event. you do and see more by visiting places near by.

 

photos will be up in 1 week.

thanks fastforward for leading us (tay and cheekoon) to and back 3ncr. you sure know hatyai in and out. will visit that bike accessories shop again in my next visit.

 

thanks faizal and your sweet mrs (vstrom1000) and din (blue blackbird) who rode with us too.

 

thanks mann (hayabusa) for showing us the way to sadao.

 

we met a couple of strommers up in surat thani there too.

 

will share with you all the pictures shortly.

Thanks to Fastforward and tay. They had shown me around and teach me so much. Without their stick stick... the signal light would be unusable.

 

Chasing Hayabusa from Surat to Hatyai was dammn fun. Top speed all the way on the wide open road.

 

Next Ride, Gerick Highway recce. Will go up east coast and ride through Gerick this weekend. Stay at Sungai Kenaboi for the white water race and back. If you keen on white waters or wanna join the festivities, pls let me know.

 

Further Next : PangKor Island Ride.

 

Those who have been to 3NCR, there are pamphlets being distributed and apparently i called the organiser and he revealed that they are no bikes yet on pangkor. Are you an Adventurer? Lets go. this trip is limited to 70 bikes altogether, perhaps we can get 10 bikes to go in.

 

Date : 18-19 Jan - just before CNY.

Cost : $180 RM.

 

Anyone keen?

but i've pledged not to have any ride up north until my bike is fully done up in december...

May I ask if anyone here would know which bike shops still carries DL650 VStrom (new or used)? I heard bike makers stop producing this model and only have 1000cc (which is too large for me).
