i tot so, the charge was too crazy. I clarified what is he charging me, he said this is a labour intensive job

u got ur springs from motoworld? any good in Bikelab?

I asked my bike shop to get from Motoworld.

Bikelab rebuilt will ask u add more and more stuff..... and its for rear alone.

Ur bike so new. A harder set of springs be suffice.

 

YOu can go Motoworld enquire direct. Should be 420+++ if you don mind the workmanship

I trust my bikeshop more so... pay bit more

wtf it's so sagging when i sit on it when it's at max preload. could my shock be a lemon?

have seen my neighbour's strom 650 with standard preload setting, 2 H&B sideboxes, and riding 2-up most of the time. and bigger size den me and my pillions.

eh... did u set the rebounds to harder?

Preload is on ur right side is only the height

On ur left there's a minus (-) screw right at the below part of the suspension.

you set it harder so it wont bounce so easily.....

tried to set the rebound to the hardest also and it still the same

U should ask another fren riding same bike to test ur bike. .is it you own opinion to find its too soft.. or ya butt too sensitive?

 

stock one should be nice. .If not you should go take a look @ Wilbers.... SOLID SOLID MODEL!!!!

fixed the Wilbers on my previous Vara, (which is really in need of new shocks), for 700++ or 800++ at Mtechnik...it really hardens up your rear and u may need extra add-ons to your sidestand if not it will slant one side 45degrees...not sure of Vstrom though, so far the rear is quite hard for me...
