Recommendation shop for Re-Loan/Re-finance

I'm planning to get 2nd hand bike for 2B from a seller and I need recommendation bike shop that offer a good deal and service for it. Also need an explanation on how it work.

 

For insurance, should I get my own or just get from the shop which I'm doing the loan? Which type of cover should I pick? 3rd party or full cover?.

 

Sorry for the rookie question and thanks for explaining.

If you are getting a loan for your bike, you cant get 3rd party for it.

It will be better if you get your own insurance, save cost(any admin fees).
